Experience
[Read the article: Hey, Obama boys: Back off already!]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Hillary Clinton has less experience as a public official, not counting Barack Obama's years as a community organizer.
Count that, barr none, and Obama overwhelmingly is more qualified in terms of experience over Hillary Clinton, who, during the 1980s, instead of helping the public instead helped Wal-mart perform an end-run around the Labor movement.
He wrote his own books, two of them. Hillary hired someone, and in keeping with her history with labor, failed to credit the ghost writer. He thinks on his feet, under pressure, she cries under pressure (perhaps a rehearsed move). He zeroes in on what the issues should be in batting away criticism, she thrives on cultivating a cult of victimization and feeds on irrationality and anger.
He keeps it positive, she slings feces.
Anything she can do he can do better.

[Read the article: Dick Cheney was never a "grown-up"]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Calling Pelosi, Clinton or Obama "liberal" overtly or otherwise is being very generous. Of the three, Obama seems to be the most to the left, which, by any meaningful measurement is still well to the right of center when viewed in the context of the other democratized governments of the world.
But Obama is no peace-loving, free-loving, far out liberal. Of all the supposed liberals you mention, all have strong ties to the business communities they serve, all favor expanding and enhancing US military recruitment and might, all have taken safe if not meaningless stances in support of choice, all claim religion as being important to their lives (although it can be debated to what degree these claims are genuine).
If you want to see a true liberal, see Conyers or Feingold. Or Dennis Kucinich -- a real, salt of the earth, honest-to-God liberal; also someone who received many contributions from yours-truly for his failed presidential bid and later for his successful bid to remain seated in Congress.
If there is a radical, unchecked and subversive element in this country it is the myriad factions of the far-right, including the transparently pro-Zionist neo-conservative movement and its strange bedfellow, the religious right. Subversive is the right term, treasonous is perhaps better. The former groups aims are to subvert the very foundations of the system of checks and balances that exists to prevent an executive from acting unilaterally. The later seeks to subject one of the raison d'etre of the foundation of this country by dis-disestablishing government.
When you have a party that cultivates a voting bloc of racist, homophobic (or secretly gay), xenophobic, war-mongering hate freaks, eventually you must reap what you sow. The Republican party has simply become to insane to sustain itself.
You can thank the crybaby tyrants, Georgie the dry drunk, Cheney who has never known real love, Rumsenstein, Billy "look at me daddy!" Kristol and the lot of them. Whining, shit-scared, draft dodging, circle-jerking ass clowns every last one.

Clinton supporters
[Read the article: The rubes and the elites]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Are you high? Really, are you delusional? Off your Prozac?
Did you not learn math in school? I will avoid making a joke about "girls" and "math" in respect to both of my sisters -- both have advanced degrees, one of them has an advanced degree in MATH.
Guess what? She supports OBAMA.
Hillary is going to lose, you crack-smokers. I'm talking to you, proud texas who the hell cares and f*ck texas girl and we've just been fooled again ("The Who" can suck it).
Guess what? I would say that maybe as many as 30% of the "gun toting, jesus loving, nigger hating" demo in Penn might vote for Obama; They aren't going to vote for Clinton. They may not be savvy enough to know that she sent their jobs to China and Mexico in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are smart enough to know a liar and a snake when they see one.

I'm from San Francisco, and I'm an Obama donor
[Read the article: Don't blame San Francisco for Obama's "Bittergate"]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]I blame "salon.com" for Bittergate. I blame you, Joan, for your stupid, intellectually vapid and inexplicable defense of a loser candidate. Obama is going to win, Clinton is going to lose. Get it together, salon.com, because you will will share the blame for President McCain as you share the blame for touting this non-starter of a story.
