Salon's Wingnut Trolls

Real Name-

When you said "Wake me up..." I was hoping that meant you were going to be sleeping. Instead I see more of your idiocy posted a few lines down. Try to do as you say for once, huh?

Titus Pullo-

I'm sure the Dems will appear for a debate on Fox when the republicans appear in a debate sponsored by whatever remnant of Pravda is lying about. Fox "News" isn't news, it is a propaganda channel the Soviets would have been proud to call their own. They seem to have done a good job at keeping you and your ilk from thinking.

tiberius-

You'll protect him as much as you can because he's all you have on TV

Is this your public acknowledgement that the idea of a "liberal media" is a load of crap? That Limbaugh and the rest are lying through their teeth when they complain about how liberal the media is? If so, go tell your friends.

Palmerblade

You just equated Clinton lying about a consentual affair to the myriad crimes of the Bush administration. The hounding of a president by a corrupt congress to overt criminal acts by a sitting president.

You're so far in the Fox well I'm surprised you had time to come here and post your vapid nonsense. Hurry back to your shows, I'm sure you don't want to miss a second of the lying on Fox News!

Favorable Economy

Favorable to whom? Inflation seems up more than they're letting on, gas is through the roof, Ford is closing plants as fast as it can and wages are still below their 1999 levels. Job creation seems to be holding steady, but more and more of those jobs are lower paying. Who the hell can afford a house when you've gone from your Union Assembly Line job to flipping burgers or stocking WalMart shelves?

BaldHeadedHo

Since boxing is dead, king, I would expect you would never write a boxing column again and stick to sports with a real fan base

So you don't want him to write about hockey either? Sheesh!

We can't expect him to write about Basball, Football, Soccer and Cricket every day!

Framing

Trudy B has a decent idea there. The Right Wing Idiots have gotten away with tons of crap by making up misleading names. Look at the "Death Tax" nonsense. By making "Sex Ed" just another biology/hygene class, it'd defuse 90% of the people that object to sex ed and it has the added bonus of not being misleading, like the monikers the Right comes up with. It is biology and epidemiology and basic hygene. Call it that and most won't object.

Or kick off

When you're already up for the shot and he "walks under you", kick off with the flat of your foot against the highest part of his body you can reach. I came down on someone's foot playing volleyball years ago, he was well under the net, and I sprained my ankle badly enough to keep me from playing for a month. Someone does that kind of thing on purpose, show him what he's up against.

BTW King, how do you feel about Dirk Nowitzki being selected MVP?

The Coverup

The only positive aspect of the coverup is that it demonstrates that they know that what they are doing is criminal. And they've done this with so many things in this administration, you have to wonder how anyone can believe these people don't all belong in jail.

Trolls

My thanks to the right wing trolls that came on here decrying Liberals for showing hatred and intolerance toward Falwell. The man was vile and I'm pleased he's dead. I'm also pleased that you're all coming here and saying "You should be ashamed of yourselves, you're acting like conservatives!" Hypocracy simply runs in your veins, doesn't it? Or is it that you all know that Liberals are better than you and are horrified to see that even we have our limits and can occasionally sink to your level?

elephantman

You are so delusional that you're living in a world that is almost entirely imaginary. You should see if Salon will let you change your user name from Elephantman to Heffalump.

1) Valerie Plame didn't have the autority to send her husband anywhere. That she's the one that sent him is a Right Wing Lie.

2) This article isn't saying that his sending her was a crime, rather it makes the point that she too bears some responsibility for the disaster in Iraq, just as Wolfowitz does.

3) I would argue that his sending her and his obtaining a cushy job for her are corrupt acts of nepotism.

Heffalumpman

Maybe and even better monkier for you would be "Hey, look over there!" You comment with the least relevant possible statements, it is amazing. You also make more assumptions than is possibly healthy.

this article does not say that Wolfowitz's pre-World Bank affairs with Shaha Riza were a crime

That's not what I said. I said it didn't say his sending her to Iraq was a crime. It is highly likely that his other machinations in obtaining positions for her violated various criminal statues. It is even more likely that whether or not the actions were criminal, they constitute cause for his firing from the World Bank and the beginning of criminal investigations.

In the future, you should leave it at You are right, Lynx. You'll seem much smarter.

carter, mondale, dukakis, clinton, gore, kerry

dull, dull, dull, NOT dull, dull, dull

Guess which one of these democratic candidates actually won?

I believe you mean to say "Which two of these democratic candidates actually won". Carter and Clinton were both presidents.

Also, Nixon, Ford, Reagan, Bush, Dole, Bush

Dull, Dull, Dull Movie Star, Dull, Dull, Dull

Kind of shoots that theory down...

Hell, for an exciting republican president, you have to go back to Teddy Roosevelt.
