The United States Constitution was not created or thunkup outta thin air.

"The Fathers" used as a direct blueprint the Church organization layout of the CHURCH OF SCOTLAND. The Fathers' paranoia grew out of the English invasions of previous centuries ... resulting in Scotland's eventual 'absorption' by 'England' into what was renamed as 'Great Britain'.

The Scots's national church & their members had a burning hatred of the line of 'divine monarchs' ... the king being the head of the Anglican Church that now ruled over the Scots.

The Church of Scotland & its adherants emigrated en masse to places like Ulster after 1610 and poured into the American colonies after 1718, bringing with them their Scots Church that became called the Presbyterian Church of the U.S.

This church had no Pope or Archbishop of Cantebury ... instead opting for regular elections to run their church junk. "Moderator Generals" presided over bodies of "Presbyters" ---

--- and these offices were used by the Founding Fathers as an EXACT BLUEPRINT for what eventually became the offices of the Presidency & the Upper & Lower Houses of Congress.

Of the dozen or so ethnic Europeans who immigrated into the colonies .... the Scots-Irish Presbyterians were the SOLE GROUP who went to town in the American War against King George and his Anglican Church that oversaw so much corruption.

The loudest voices for independence & a gov't without a Godhead were the Presbyterian Ulster Scots. The Declaration had been largely influenced by their numbers. It had first been read out loud to the public on the steps of Independence Hall by a Presbyterian ... the document itself had been handwritten by a Presbyterian ... and set into print by a Presbyterian owned publishing house ... and distributed to other colonies by Presbyterian affliated houses .... and on and on ....

After the War .... American Anglicans changed the name of their church to the Episcopalian Church of America.

Bottom line ??? - -

NO CHURCH - - - NO U.S. CONSTITUTION

"Clearly my use of drawing attention to the Ulster-Scot Presbyterians during the Dog-Days summer of the Declaration of Independence was to establish a SUPPORTING POINT (i.e. that The Fathers were DIRECTLY INFLUENCED by the Presbyterians and their CHURCH OF SCOTLAND in laying A BLUEPRINT for the U.S. CONSTITUTION that eventually materialized down the road.

Hence ..... my BOTTOMLINE POINT .... NO CHURCH OF SCOTLAND (& its historical backdrop) meant that NO U.S. CONSTITUTION would have developed in the manner we now have it.

The Scottish 'MODERATOR GENERAL' who oversaw the operations of the church governing council ("presbyters") was a limited term presiding office that was assumed by the presbyterian electorate ... and ... at all levels .... local village to the main session council in Edinburgh. The Moderator General was an office that served as the forerunner to our own Presidency.

The elected body of 'Presbyters' (the church council) became the foundation of the U.S. Congress.
