I recall Libertarian Presidential Candidate Roger McBride, who ran in 1976 on a 1776 Platform, using this same quote to flail both Carter & Reagan for their own intentions toward building Superstates that "Enslave" the People with Big Bruddah Domestic Whisky Taxes & Rascally Foreign Adventurism.

One can always easily recall both past wisdom & past bullshit far into the future.

For instance, 45 years ago, 22 November 1963, a shaken Missus King walked back into our 5th grade classroom to announce that school was being let out immediately and that the M's were being called and we would be picked up & taken home shortly.

It took no time at all for the prariefire news to spread across the recreation that da guy in da jingle,

My point, my very, very seemingly young friend, is .. that I've been watching this National Carnival since Day One ... and from high atop the fence, I can report to you with perfect sobriety, that a field of Donkey Turds on one side of the fence smells the same as the Elephant Poop on the other side.

If the Razzle-Dazzle of a Cheerleading Squad of Obama-Girls rouses your need to vote for some young aspiring Huckster-in-Chief with absolutely NO RECORD of ACCOMPLISHMENT to stand on .... than so be it.
