CHRISTOPHER HITCHENS --- ???

Christopher Hitchens is a Genius by every measure of the term.

He has always looked at an issue from a non-prejudiced vantage, wholly independent of preconceived notions.

Its always amusing to read the slobberings of the Salon Chitty-Chatty Retards who forever manage to vent the same-old, same-old preconceived prejudices about every issue under the sun.

There's not a single chit-chatter (or host for that matter) in this particular cyber realm who could sit at a table & argue a point with Hitchens without walking away and appearing to all to be nothing less than a total Dolt. Not-a-one.

I always felt the man to be wholly out of place and unsuited to live in this ridiculous age of shallow absurdities (Big Macs & Madonnas ... Bush Juniors & Obamagirls ... TV Survivialist Squat & 'Who is Brad eyeBalling this week?).

Hitchens is one who ought to have plopped down in the 1787 Pennsylvania State House -- one who would have shined before Gladstone in the great Parliamentarian debates of the 19th century --- one who would have fit in quite comfortably among the students who sat before Socrates.

Hitchens is a bonafide intellectual -- period.

I'M SORRY ---- EXCUSE ME --- HELLO ! ! --- BUT AM I THE ONLY ONE.......

... but am I the only one to notice --

-- after all this time watching Amy Goodman on DEMOCRACY NOW

-- that she shure do looks like de offspring of a cross between ---

-- Lil Abner's Granmammy Yokum & Popeye the Sailor Man.

.... all that's missing is a bonnet & corn-cob pipe

I wish'd I could get this vision outta my nogin --

... it would me to concentrate on what she was saying.

Original article: Kiss my ass

Any who infringe on a homosexual's right to live as he sees fit ought to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law -- Throw away the keys !

but that's not the question that's been asked. The question is .... what are we AFRAID of ?? --

And that question has little to nothing to do with what many 'straights' (??) really think about the subject.

I would submit that rather than "fear" ---

(n'ya, n'ya ... Yer a Fraidy-Kat) ---

.. the more exact & universal term would be ... what? .. disgust? ... revulsion?

I would think that the majority of 'straights' (!!) are outright confounded by the Jolly-Ha-Ha's an individual might get out of regularly shoving his Thingy up some dank, poopie-lined rectum .... then .... then ... turn around and have the same member at some point be jammed into his mouth for another extended period of Ha-Ha's .....

In all honesty, this reaction is far closer to the point. It seems to many that such a filth-laden activity might go a far way to explain just why so many horrible diseases are connected to such relations.

Homosexuality is not a crime. And if some slob feels that it's against the laws of their Sky-God, then I would assume said-Sky-God to be a Slob of the First Rank.

Homo's are born with such innate proclivities -- people aren't 'taught' such weird peculiarities. And it shure ain't like being taught to enjoy attending Dog Shows or even 'doing it doggie-style. It's all part of the natural order of things. I mean, well .... aren't there walruses that engage in homosexual acts as well?? -- or even gnats & gadflys??

The point is .... the homosexual community really ought to stop using such silly terms as 'FEAR' to paint their adversaries with when -- deep down inside -- they know (or fear) that the more likely reaction to the general population would be something more along the line os out-and-out revulsion.

... but using such heavy-handed & misplaced terms as "fear" (i.e. I AM THUS EMPOWERED !! -- YIELD KNAVE, BOW DOWN TO MY POWER) .... which is all very well & good, save it comes across by most as sounding rather adolescent ... or sissified.

All parties ought to come together and discuss the subject civily, without emotions or religion to clutch on to. Then maybe all fearful bats & phantoms surrounding the issue will just up & flutter off into Nowhere Land.
