Come on Joe

Republicans are sexually repressed and that is what really is going on here. Why on earth talk about sex continually. That is exactly what they do, no abortion (sex), abstinence only in schools (no learning about sex, let's make is a secret, let's not discuss it with dignity and learn about sex, but lets laugh about it on the side), Republicans legislate against sex, i.e. gay marriage, sodomy laws etc, for Republicans it is all about sex, because they are SEXUALLY REPRESSED! They are obsessed about sex! It is crazy! But if they weren't so sexually repressed it wouldn't be as much fun to watch them and their meltdowns. They spent years dogging Bill Clinton, calling him names, all over sex, sex, sex, sex, it is as if Republicans think of nothing else. I guess I should be thankful they aren't like Silvio Berlusconi, hahahahaha. I don't know I find the entire episode hilarious.

Totally Awesome

Hahahaha, the thing is most of the folks who received that letter don't know the difference between the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, so the irony will be lost on them. But I enjoyed it thanks!

Can you Say Mick Jagger

And his long time girlfriend Jerry Hall, except they were together 20 or 25 years. He even married her in a fake ceremony in Indonesia! It happens all the time to all kinds of people, gay or straight. I am not saying Martina is right or good either, I am just saying rich and famous people do this all the time.

What is weird is

Everyone keeps calling it the Sotomayor case, but in reality isn't it a panel of three judges initially and can actually go to the entire circuit if necessary? But doesn't that make it the circuits case and not an individual judges case.

Case Closed

Jack Cashill not literate enough to write a good book. Just literate enough to copy other writers of his ilk by employing the well known tactic of making shit up and presenting it as fact.

@Murgatroyd OMG????

Stanly Ann Dunham, born in 1942, gave birth to Barack at the age of 18 (almost 19) in 1961, FULL MAJORITY MORON. Do you people know how to read?

@sitka0230

I am not implying if someone is underage their children are not citizens. I was just making the point that Pres. Obama's mother was a full adult. Eighteen is considered and adult. That is merely one factual problem with his inane argument. Which makes me laugh when I think about it! I wouldn't be a citizen myself using Murgatroyds standards since my mom was only 19 when she got married and 20 when she had me!

He has no off button

And he is being very cruel to his wife with every new revelation he has decided to confess. I predict Mark Sanford will be a divorced man, and his mistress will drop him like a NY Minute when he is no longer governor.

This is what happens

When you are addicted to hillybilly Heroin, you say incredibly stupid shit. It is his listeners I question mostly though, are they insane? WTF?

Thursday, July 2, 2009 11:36 AM

Does he have plans to

shut up about his sex life perhaps or insult his legal wife just one more time in the press?

Thursday, July 2, 2009 11:38 AM

She is so dumb

I know there is a good Johnny Carson joke in here somewhere. Who is dumber, Michelle Bachmann or those citizens who elected her?

@rhenry

Thanks for the link. That was some interesting reading.

DO NOT

DO THIS JENNY!

Friday, July 3, 2009 12:57 PM

What just happened?

Sarah just resigned as Gov of Alaska effective at the end of the month and blamed it on the liberal media, is this in preparation for a 2012 run for the Presidency? WTF just happened here?

Friday, July 3, 2009 01:35 PM

Her resignation was so strange

Rambling, one subject to the next then suddenly it was about the soldiers, don't forget to thank the soldiers. WTF? That little press conference, can we call it a press conference, she did not take questions. Well that press conference was so much worse than the Sanford one, it was more than crazy. Is some other shoe about to drop here? This just seems strange, you can't go on to win a national election after giving up office for what amounts to no reason at all at this point. What will we find out next?

Friday, July 3, 2009 01:55 PM

Things that make you go hmmm....

Andrea Mitchell says sources close to Gov. Palin say she is now "out of politics for good."

Saturday, July 4, 2009 07:42 AM

Nathan Bedford Forrest??????

Did you really just compared Sarah Palin to the founder of the Ku Klux Klan? Wow!

Saturday, July 4, 2009 09:58 AM

Media Schmedia

According to reporting all over, there may be a federal embezzlement indictment over Palin's house. One report says her house in Wasilla and the sports complex built during her tenure are said to feature the ’same windows, same wood, same products, and Max Blumenthal has even more at the Daily Beast. http://www.thedailybeast.com/blogs-and-stories/2009-07-03/did-a-scandal-sink-the-uss-palin/?cid=hp:mainpromo2

Maybe this has already been discussed, sorry if it is a repeat. However, this would be the most likely scenario because to just up and resign is a very strange and shocking behavior for someone who has the need to run for national office. If there is an indictment is on the way, I can completely understand why she resigned right now. She needs to get out ahead of this and make some money. There will be substantial legal bills involved if this actually happens to be the case. Brad blog has more reporting on this subject as well. Happy reading!

Not All Conservatives are happy

With what Sarah Palin did, I don't read the American Spectator often but RawStory had the link. It is a pretty good article, maybe the trolls here can take off and go lurk on Mr. Hillyers article for a while.

Original article: Can a kid own a house?

Cary

A kid can't necessarily buy a house because they cannot sign a contract legally. However a kid can own a home, say if it is inherited.

But the real answer is you have to be 18 because at 18 you can sign a contract legally.
