If they are for law an order... they jump up and down when a sitting president parses the meaning of is, in order to not have to talk about his sex life in front of a shithead like Ken Starr.
But when there is really something serious, like civil rights abuses by the FBI, then the meaning of is becomes ever so relative.... Just slip slidin' away! Really, the Orwellian nature of the Republican's and their oppositespeak is really breath taking. Is it really possible for these people to continue in a non-reality based mind set?
Our constitution has been severely tested by Bush... and the asshole has appointed two ultra-conservative freakaziods to lifetime appointments running one third of our governement. Surely that is enough. Take the stick away from him before he pokes anybody else's eye out. Gonzales, Rove, Miers, Cheney.... remove them all. They are criminals. Leave little Georgie to his own. After all, he is the our last best hope of destroying the Republican party for good.

It's bad enough that they are not all in prison, but must we continue to allow them to control public policy? Really, I don't get it.
These guys are war criminals, and those who support them are aiding and abetting crimes against humanity and crimes against the peace.

This power requires a simple majority, so the Republican jack-boots cannot quash the will of the House or the Senate. Those found in contempt are immediately arrested and brought in custody before congress.
I truly hope the Democrats show they have balls and use this power. It will be a great day when Harriet Meirs, Joshua Bolton and any other of the Bushist scum are dragged in irons before the House and Senate to answer for their efforts to undermine democracy and the constitution in these United States.
My goodness... these guys are so far beyond High Crimes and Misdemeanors. Let's simply get rid of them as quickly as possible. The sooner we do, the sooner we can begin to unravel the catastrophic damage that they have done to us and the world.

Oh...but I'm so conflicted... because, if he does die, I could get a great deal of closure to travel to where ever his carcass is interred and piss on his grave...and I would rather have that happen sooner then later.
I guess I must defer to my more civilized self and assume that justice will return to this planet, and that these criminals will be locked up..... but my faith in such idealisitic notions is becoming thinner and thinner every day.

What I, and the majority of American's are not ok with is our continued participation in this war. There is a solution that is within your power. Pass your bill calling for a draw down. Pass you bill to end the war. Who cares if it is veto'd? Let them veto the bill and then that's it.
If Bush does not accept the bill passed by the majority in Congress, then nothing gets funded. There is no reason to compromise when we are talking about the actuality of war crimes and crimes against the peace being committed in the name of the United States. There is a moral imperative to take the war away from the war criminals. Nothing could be simpler.
PASS A BILL THAT STOPS THE WAR!
That is all you have to do. Really. It's true. The president cannot raise funds. If he vetoes a bill, and none other comes forward.... he is stuck with the bill that he vetoed... or nothing. That's it. End of story. End of war.
That being said, if you do not do everything that you can to stop this illegal war, I hope that Cindy Sheehan beats you in the polls. Your service to this country is not good enough if you cannot exercise the will of the country. That is your job. There is one issue above all others, and nothing but doing the right thing will suffice.
