Listening to war criminals

410 days, 10 days, 32 minutes and 10 seconds. That's how long we have to wait before the very worst criminal syndicate in the history of the United States is scheduled to leave. It could be sooner if only, if only, Ms. Pelosi and company would realize that 410 days is far, far too long to leave these people in place to continue to harm America.

If Mr. Cheney is claiming that congress has no balls, in respect to their lack of all out action to end the criminality of the Bush administration, I would have to agree with him.

SQUAWK!

"Republican Rep. Peter Hoekstra is predicting that someone in the Senate will use a "point of order" to strike the ban."

Ya know, when the Republican's were in complete control of the government (as opposed to the virtual control they now hold), if the Democrats even breathed a word of dissent, they would roll out the Senator Fisk parrot who would squawk "Up or down vote. Up or down vote. Up or down vote."

Now that they are in the minority, they take every single occasion on nearly every single piece of legislation and through procedural abuse, force every piece of legislation to have sixty votes to even be argued on the floor. Must the Republican Party be crushed into the ground before they accept a more civilized manner to conduct their crimes?

Point of order Senators! Who ever dares to block this legislation should be hung with a sign around their neck declaring that they, with the support of the Republican legislature support torture in direct violation of international law.

Boy in the bubble....

Record deficits, illegal wars, shattered domestic infrastructure, a stock market in meltdown, real estate in a tailspin, fuel prices leading a new vanguard of inflation. If this is a plan that is working, then the plan must have been loot, pillage and anarchy. Nice work George, you are chaos incarnate.

what?

Tom who?

The sick elephant in the room....

What part of torture is allowed by domestic or international law? And as such, what crimes have been committed by ignoring those laws? Let's stop with the does it work or doesn't it work bullshit. It is a crime. It is a war crime. It is not legal to torture people, and it certainly is not what America is supposed to be.

This latest revelation of the mythical war on terror should be added to the long list of crimes that if there were any justice in the world, would see George W. Bush, Dick Cheney and half of their cabinet living out the rest of their lives in prison.

Original article: Uh, Brit?

Good boy!

Ahhh... Mr. Nava is doing well to earn his 'conservative' credentials. His lies and lying are truly an exemplary addition to his resumé as a young republican. I'm sure we will hear from Mr. Nava again. My only wonder is what odd if not illegal sexual fetish he is actually into.

A new excuse!

Oh thank goodness.... a new reason why we are continuing our illegal war in Iraq...

We are there to piss off the Iraqis so much that they join together and collectively ask us to go. Wow. And it only cost a trillion dollars and 1.2 million deaths. Hurray for us!

Who is the heir apparent for the scum-center of the Republican Party?

I think that odds are, by looking at Moore Information's published clients list that they tend to represent the part of the Republican Party most dedicated to Lying, Cheating and Stealing... While there are a few centrist Republican's on their list of clients the majority are truly the bottom of the barrel... if not joined in a tightly run cabal (like all of the Alaskan Republican's save for Sen. Stevens are represented)....

SO... let's think: Who is the go along get along guy to replace Bush? Who would be most likely to continue with the Lie, Cheat and Steal program and strategy for the Republican's? Well, who has profited most from the current eight year reign of terror perpetrated by the Bushists?

I'll give you a hint: "9/11, 9/11, 9/11. 9/11"

Still don't know?

Ok... he was a mayor of a large U.S. city, and defined himself in that job by believing that civil rights were not guaranteed.....

Yeah. Him.

They just watch...

Great, we have an evil version of Chance the Gardner sitting as president..... Not to make to fine a point, but is there any one thing this president has done or advocated that has not created immense chaos, violence, waste or theft?

Transparent war crimes....

Was this video submitted as actual evidence with the rules of perjury in place? Surely, such fabrications must be illegal?

To quote one youtube viewer who succinctly noted:

Compare the audio from both sources, specifically the background noise. From the US ship there's chatter of the people around, as you would expect. What background noise should you have in a small speeding boat? Probably lots of wind and other white noise. Is there any there? Nope. In fact, during the "You will explode after a few minutes" transmission it sounds like the same background noise as the US ship.

I voted in Los Angeles

I voted in Los Angeles... and I was given an 'emergency ballot'... to be used for emergencies or demonstration only. When I asked... I was told that they had run out of Democrat ballots, and this was the usual procedure. The Republican pad of ballots had only a few torn off.

There was a machine there that looked like it was an optical scanner. Don't know if it worked or not... but the ballot itself is marked with a very distinctive dot from a special pen... there is a paper trail... I'm not worried. Yet.
