  • The self described Bush regime...

[Read the article: One of these things is not like the other]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Bush: "We're at war with coldblooded killers who despise freedom, reject tolerance, and kill the innocent in pursuit of their political vision ..."

I couldn't have described you better Mr. Bush.

    Impeach, then jail.

  • Stopping the terrorists.

[Read the article: Quick, somebody bomb Iran!]

I remember packing what I could not live without, and putting it into the trunk of a car along with the rest of my family's could not live without items, as an intense firestorm burned down thousands of homes in Berkeley and Oakland 15 years ago. From the deck of our house, you could feel the heat of the flames on your face. The wind shifted, and our house was spared. But many of my friends and thousands of others lost everything. I preface my personal story to as a point of empathy to the thousands in Southern California who are in a similar situation.

While there are certainly a number of possibilities of causes of the fires, I'm sure that Al Queda is not one of them. The FOX propaganda network continues to behave in a most irresponsible manner. These fires, as with all disasters are very difficult for the people who are impacted. Adding to the sorrow and confusion with baseless fantasies is disgusting.

I suggest to any that are approached by a FOX news crew trying to fill out their 24 hour 'news' hysteria cycle, to take the camera off them, and chuck it into the street. Let's fight terrorism together!

  • Ahhh... yes... perish the thought!

[Read the article: White House: "Congress is being run by Code Pink"]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Yes, it would be so unfortunate if things were indeed run by Code Pink... What these ladies have against war crimes is beyond me. I was particularly touched that while the Code Pink people in the back row, who had not disrupted the meeting were being forcibly and violently removed (and presumably arrested).... Condi kept her oblivious composure, offering her cheerful nice to see ya's to the seated panel. I understand that after that, Ms. Rice then offered up her usual flat out lies to the assembled legislators. Such a nice person that Condi.

I do miss her playing piano and singing negro spirituals for John Ashcroft and the neocons at their Christmas get togethers.

  • And then there is Connecticut ....

[Read the article: All the news that's fit to print?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Fourteen months ago, the Connecticut Republican (Shays).... announced that most U.S. troops should be removed from Iraq in 2007, saying that "the only way we are able to encourage some political will on the part of the Iraqis is to have a timeline for troop withdrawal." That position helped Shays squeeze out a 51 percent victory in his antiwar home state.

Hmmm...is there a pattern here with Connecticut legislators saying anything they can to get re-elected and then fall back into their true neocon positions? Reminds me of another legislature from Connecticut.

Perhaps there are statistically significantly more people who believe in the 'supernatural' in Connecticut then in the rest of the country.

  • The logic of insane people.....:

[Read the article: Why not a phony press secretary, too?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Presumably, Ms. Perino offers only opinions that are sanctioned by the White House. On October 24, 2007... she offered this bit of insane spin regarding global warming:

.... I'm sure lots of people would love to ridicule me when I say this, but it is true that many people die from cold-related deaths every winter. And there are studies that say that climate change in certain areas of the world would help those individuals

And hell's fires are a fine place to roast marshmallows.

  • Mr. Snow is correct:

[Read the article: Quote of the Day]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

"There is a perceived bias on the part of Fox because it doesn't treat conservatives like knuckle-dragging morons."

Quite right. FOX is a very well organized propaganda machine that shills for the neo-conservative movement. Their methods and orchestration of their message is extremely well thought out and very effective. Their efforts have brought us to the brink of totalitarian control by one party....

To discount them is as dangerous as discounting our own president as a....well... a knuckle dragging moron.

  • Dumb and dumber...

[Read the article: FEMA faker promotion? Not so fast]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Yes, they are putting a hold on the guy who got caught. Getting caught shows some level of incompetence. There is no reason to be found out you are running a fake news conference when you have FOX to do that job for you.

  • The Loremo

[Read the article: Who needs a Prius anyway?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

And then there is a car out of Germany, the Loremo that gets over a hundred miles to the gallon, is very efficient, very low polluting, is cheap.... and.... oops... wait a minute... will not be available in many states because of byzantine smog laws that were written by our very own auto industry.....

    Hopefully that will change....

  • One less shill for the destruction of America...

[Read the article: Karen Hughes, mission accomplished]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Dear, dear Karen Hughes... how well you embodied the disconnect and insanity of the Bush administrations goals of existing in a non-reality based continuum. Your positions on...well.. everything has only inflamed our enemies and brought dismay from our waning allies.

How proud the President must be of your service to his administration that has bankrupted our government, destroyed our image abroad and contributed to more then a million deaths in an illegal war in a country that had nothing to do with 9/11, nor had committed any crimes against our citizenry.

While I can't count the days until you are hired by FOX NEWS CORP. to continue your destructive legacy of delusion and deception, I can count the days, hours, minutes and seconds until your boss is supposed to leave office, which as of this posting is 446 day, 9 hours, 19 minutes and 27 seconds.
