  • Abortion is not birth control.

I'm pro-abortion and don't give a fcuk about a woman's "choice". Abortion is a medical procedure only to save the life of a pregant woman, nuff said.

  • It's simple

Man cannot live on vegetables alone, we need protein. Fish is the second best source behind eggs. But eggs have gotten an unfair rap. Chicken, beef, lamb, and goat can be havested, but is pretty destructive to the land. Milk requires cows, same problem. But, dried milk is best source for staving Africans.

We need a balance of animal products, plant products(soy) and land management to provide the daily protein.

  • What's wrong with being dumb?

Education (primary & higher) is relative to its economic advantage. When a man can achive better than mean wages w/ only a HS diploma - why be smart? Americans can be fat, dumb and rich by an order of magnitude over highly educated Europeans.

We Americans have a can-do attitude that is un-matched, it's infectious. Why the hell are the Mexicans and Asians pouring in?

When is pays to be smart, we'll do it.

  • Memories

This reminds me of my advance twin training 10 years ago. The instructor sitting calmly in the back and us nuggets flying the aircraft. Events happen maching gun fast in the IFR environment; you can skip ahead, but falling behind is not an option. I remember a few times when I wanted to be anywhere else than that cockpit, but the reality was - I had to swallow my panic and fly the plane, fly the plane, fly the plane.

    Patrick,

As an owner of a Beechcraft Bonanza, I know what a beautiful aircraft should look like. The Bonanza follows the golden rectangle throughout and has one of the most pleasing shapes.

The Gulfstream V has the most beautiful wing, period.

This brings me to the ugly segmented wing used on AirBus aircraft. I’m well aware that specific fuel consumption drives the final shape of the wing. As fuel efficiency is most important.

Airline execs don’t care what an aircraft looks like as long as it makes a profit. As an aviation enthusiast, I Care.

  • Quality or Quantity

    Patrick,

Paired with a wise captain, I don’t have a problem with a 500 hour first officers as long as the last 400 were not spent doing circuits at an uncontrolled airport. If they were spent in a high performance single or twin flying long cross country flights in IMC or night, those are very high quality hours.

  • Bear Hunting.

Actually, this is my idea of fun. I wish I were wealthy enough to go on a polar bear hunt. For now I have to settle on a North Carolina black bear.

  • Mistakes

[Read the article: Is Briana Waters a terrorist?]

Her first mistake was going to Evergreen. Second, hooking up with a looser. Lastly, getting involved with EF/ELF.

Did she not think that someday this all may come crashing down? She had choices, she chose poorly.

  • Sour Grapes!

OMG. I'm 43 and living 10 times better than parrents did. My dad live 10 times better than his dad. I'm living 1000 times better than some Somalies.

What's your problem? The 40" TV is not large enough? Just be thankful you don't have to grow your own food and work you fingers to the bones.

It you have half a brain you can live damn well in this country.

I spend $200/month on Cell phone, internet and digital cable. Our parents did not have these and I could live without them. So, you see; we waste money for the fun of it.
