You're absolutely correct ....... Congressmen who voted themselves an automatic pay increase each year are not going to vote for term limits ......... these people only vote for what's in their interests ..... which makes them great role models for the youth and those they ask "to sacrifice" ....

This Congress in particular, is tainted from its support of the Bush policies and they all should be removed from office ......

This is an argument for a National Referendum mechanism ..... which would allow such issues involving conflict of interests to be decided directly by public vote.

Every other industrialized nation in the world has some type of national health care ....... I guess they are all wrong and we are right ....... part of the american "specialness"?

The WHO lists the US Health Care System as 34th in the world ....... we're down there with the 3rd world countries ...... due to lack of access.

What good is a healh care system if half the people can't afford to access it ?

And as for MRI machines, Japan, which has national health insurance (and negotiates fees each year - where an MRI cost $90.00 instead of 2000 to 2500) has more MRI machines per capita than the USA.

Lo-dose bio-identical hormones can be justified in women whose "hot flashes" cannot be controlled any other way.

And bio-identical is better than mare estrogens (Premarin .... which has been shown to promote cancer) or synthetic progestins.

High dose estrogen therapy of any type is inviting cancer and blood clots (strokes).
