2/3 of both houses of Congress is only one possible precondition for an Article V Convention .......

The Congress, whenever two thirds of both houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to this Constitution, or, on the application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states, shall call a convention for proposing amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the legislatures of three fourths of the several states, or by conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other mode of ratification may be proposed by the Congress; provided that no amendment which may be made prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any manner affect the first and fourth clauses in the ninth section of the first article; and that no state, without its consent, shall be deprived of its equal suffrage in the Senate.

However, the state legislatures of ALL 50 states have already submitted over 607 applications to make amendments. Congress and the Supreme Court are violating the Constitution.

An Article V Convention, guaranteed by the Constituion, has been denied by Congress.

Lobbyists are still allowed to placed their diseased feet upon publicly owned property.

Congress continues to vote itself raises and have benefits that other americans do not have.

Both parties at the state and national level continue with archaic regulations meant to discourage the rise of third parties.

A National Referendum System (like Switzerland has) is needed to bypass the corrupt and cowardly Congress.

As an example, 99 out of every 100 calls to Congress about the bailout were against it.

40 Million Americans have no health insurance .....

Every other industrialized country in the world has some sort of nationalized health care.

Employers are made non-competitive by having to pay employees insurance.

US health care system is listed 37th (down with "3rd world countries") by WHO due to lack of access by those who cannot afford.

Including any man or woman that marries for money or status - they simply just have one john.

Inexpensive gas ..... and the price is artificially low now which sends the wrong message.

More expensive gasoline will remove large heavy inefficient vehicles from the road (except where needed for work functions).
