Yes The Real Cause of Our Predicament

You are 100% correct .....

This is the way it will end (hopefully ...... quick and decisively).

Twittering ...... connected to My Space, Facebook and Youtube, staring at their television sets, the first massive bursts of electromagnetic radiation will bring down the faux construct of the electronic world ......

Deprived of constant meaningless stimulation for their ADD minds, the once human bodies will go into a confused disoriented stupor.

They will stagger outside into the real world with stupid looks on their faces and slack jaws as the watch the mushroom clouds climb in the sky.

Only in the end will they understand.

This is the best possible scenario.

Better than the alternative of a mind-numbed "1984" culture slowly perishing in its own waste products as it refuses to change its insane ways.

The educational system is a complete failure ....... it does not teach people to think (not even how to raise their own children without damaging them) ...... its teaches them a false history of the world ....... it serves only to socialize ..... to produce drones for the hive ....... cogs in the machine who submit that they may consume the crap that they are brainwashed to buy .....

I wish I could throw a switch and shut-down the electronic world ..... all radio, tv and the internet ....

For several weeks, people would wander around in a stupor as they detoxed ...... then they might actually start to talk to their family members and their neighbors ...... they might begin to read books ...... they might even begin to think (without the constant bombardment of their atrophied brain by endless advertisements).

What has happened to the human race and this culture?

People care more about some god damned tv show than they do about their freedom or the world.

They are shells ...... empty husks of what should be human beings.

Beyond disgusting .....

Even More To the Point .....

President's should not be allowed to appoint judges, attorney generals, etc., as it undermines the division of power and checks and balances intended by the Constitution ......

And this applies to president's of all parties ....

More funky underhanded bullshit ....

Crap Is Crap

No matter whether in black and white or 3-D ...... we do not need more special effects ....... but movies with real plot and character development.

A Few Control the Destiny of Many ....

And its a democracy ???

Not even a republic .....

How long will the public dance to the tune of their corporate masters ......

Charles Dickens anyone ????

What Will It Take ????

And while sitting in the Coliseum, they can "twitter" all their "friends" who are part of the swarm/hive.

Put these people on the list of those who should be dragged into the street by the public, beaten the "f#*+" out of and then sent on their way.

Americans are stupid sheep .....

But what about the "law" you whine ....... there is a universal law of the right of the individual to fairness and justice ........ this law of libery supercedes all the "laws" of the congressmen/lawyers which they have constructed to oppress the public with impunity.

"Two wrongs make a right" is an indicator of amorality.

The credit card companies see no problem in making everyone who has a credit card pay for the sins of others.

This also happens in the medical field.

The basis of the the "Artist Performance Legislation" in Congress now probably has its origins in the fact that the american culture is broadly unethical ....... millions of people downloading and stealing music from the internet simply because they can get away with it.

So now the record companies want to get some of that money back ....... at the expense of the radio stations.

Hell, I can remember payola, when artists (or their agents or record companies) used to pay stations to play their music.

Why Bother To Cover-Up ???

The world already knows ....

Kill the Worthless ....

Amoral whores who legalize usury .....

Congress is one big worthless sack of shit ....

You can replace the assholes with anybody (except the bankers themselves) and have a better outcome.

How does this scum look at themselves in the mirror ??

Anything goes now ...... we have sealed our fate.

Could It Be ???

That on some level the soldiers know we have no legitimate reason being there .... and what a waste of life and resources it is.

Fight a just war (and I'm not saying Iraq was ..... maybe WWII was the last just war) and then get out .....

Occupation is for empires and predators ....

Ahh ....

Demand and supply .......

Prohibition never worked for booze ....

And legalization of drugs would solve many problems ....

Legalize it ....

Quote :

"Until now, the site's been the go-to advertising channel for agencies that promote sex workers, and independent prostitutes, especially those in the lower tiers."

$250.00/hr may be low tier to Spitzer types.

@AgileCyborg ...... I like whore/sluts ....... I don't have to expect anything from them and thus am never disappointed.

Being Perverse (see Bob Dylan - late 60's) .....

And playing devil's advocate was fun in my teen's and early 20's (when I was philosophy student)...... but I don't enjoy it anymore (the people I was trying to "have fun with" never understood me anyway) ....

The Insurance Doesn't Have To Be "Funded" By the Govt

Only the costs of administering the plan ........ people would still pay insurance premiums but they would be much lower.

Administration costs for private insurance (middlemen we don't need who place not one bandaid on one person) due to executive salaries and stockholder interests ...... 30% to 35% of total health care costs.

Medicare administration costs ....... less than 5%.

A single payer non-profit structure administered by the govt would immediately save 1/3 of health care costs.

Insurance Companies and Drug Companies

Lie whenever it is in their interests to do so ....... anybody that trust them is a fool.
