In 1983 I had an off duty NYC cop park under my coop window. His alarm went off. For 17 hrs. About 5 or 6 months later a similar thing happened again. We had already checked and my neighbor, an electricians apprentice grabbed some aviation shears and we went downstairs got under the car and started cutting wires until the alarm cut out.
