back room conniving extraordinaire
[Read the article: What backroom conniving are Steny Hoyer and the Chris Carney Blue Dogs up to on FISA?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]If you want back room conniving how about this?
Are you aware that Michael Mukasey was the judge on the case between Larry Silverstein and his insurers, who handed Silverstein a $7 billion payout after the Twin Towers went down? The day before 9/11 Donald Rumsfeld admitted that the Pentagon had 'lost' $2.3 trillion dollars knowing that the story would be lost in the coverage of 9/11. The infamous 'Dancing Israelis' were seen drinking and celebrating on a rooftop across the Hudson in New Jersey as they filmed the destruction of the Twin Towers. Neighbours reported them to the police and they were pulled over driving a van. The driver of the van told the arresting officer 'We're not your problem, the Palestinians are your problem.' They were held for 71 days and then ordered released by an assistant to Attorney General John Ashcroft. They went back to Israel and three of them appeared on Israeli television and explained they were in the US to document the destruction of the Twin Towers, which means they knew they were going to be destroyed. The man who ordered their release was Michael Chertoff, soon to be head of Homeland Security and a joint US Israeli citizen. The controller of the Pentagon at the time the $2.3 trillion went missing was Dov Zokheim, another joint US Israeli citizen. Others with joint US Israeli citizenship include Paul Wolfowitz, Eliot Abrams, Richard Perle, Douglas Feith, Scooter Libby, Eliot Cohen and John Bolton. Even though the US is shelling out $1 billion dollars a week for oil to move its equipement around Iraq, Dick Cheney still seems to be planning a nuclear attack on Iran. A Saudi newspaper has reported that the kingdom has been warned to prepare to cope with'sudden nuclear and radioactive hazards'. The source for this report was almost certainly Dick Cheney. The estimate is that 1 million Iranians would die and that as many as 35 million 'collateral damage' casualties could be expected in Afghanistan, Pakistan and India. Now that's what I call BACK ROOM CONNIVING! The Democrats are just not in the same league as these crazies.

be outrageous
[Read the article: What backroom conniving are Steny Hoyer and the Chris Carney Blue Dogs up to on FISA?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Letting other people tell you what books you should read is a big mistake, promximity warning. I usually decide those kinds of things for myself. What would happen if you actually started to think for yourself? That's the thought that keeps Bush, the mainstream media, the secret state and the corporate world awake at night. They don't review books they don't want you to read. Don't you know that? I track them down and read them anyway so I can give the gatekeepers the finger.

missing nukes
[Read the article: Who needs Dana Perino when you have the NYT's Michael Gordon?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Well it seems the weapons for the nuclear attack are in place.
There was that strange incident where a B-52 Stratofortress flew from Minot Air Force base in North Dakota to Barksdale Air Force base in Louisiana carrying six nuclear missiles in August 2007. This was illegal under existing treaties and the USAF has not flown nuclear weapons anywhere in the US for nearly forty years. The official story is that it was all an 'error'. The story is the crew flew the nukes without knowing they were on board. This in spite of the fact that the missiles were not in the cargo hold but mounted on the wings and primed for firing. It's simply not credible that the crew didn't know and flew 1500 miles across America with six nuclear tipped cruise missiles on their wings without noticing.
This all only came out because crewmen at Barksdale AFB blew the whistle and told the 'Military Times' services publication what had happened. The word is that the whole thing was orchestrated by Dick Cheney for his own dark purposes. I don't think it's too hard to guess what those purposes are.

quickstrategy
[Read the article: Who needs Dana Perino when you have the NYT's Michael Gordon?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]The airmen at Barksdale only passed on the information that the nukes had been flown illegally across America to their base. I think a process of deduction led those who heard about it to conclude that Dick Vader was up to his old tricks again. It's hard to imagine who else would have had the power or the motivation to move them. Bush being strictly a puppet and a PR man. This story was also covered in international news reports but ran the official line that it was an 'error' - which it clearly wasn't. Perhaps you can track down the 'Military Times'. I'm starting to think the US Air Force is actually afraid of its own government and what they're capable of doing.

the anti Democrat
[Read the article: Things that don't exist in Harry Reid's world]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Lieberman works for the Israelis, not for America and if Harry Reid doesn't know that he must be wearing rose coloured glasses. The full extent of Joe's anti-Democratic activities, in every sense of the word, is mind boggling and probably deeply humiliating for the Democrats. I'm sure they don't want to get on the wrong side of him. It's like getting on the wrong side of a family member: they know everything and can really do you damage. It took that stolen kiss (ah, romance!) to make the scales fall from the Democrats' eyes and now Joe L. is 'independent' and, from their perspective, dangerously free. He's the ultimate loose cannon but he has powerful protectors in the Republican party who got him re-elected, on Republican votes, so that he could continue his double (and double-crossing) life. Joe's career and voting pattern reminds me of Ariel Sharon's remark a few weeks after 9/11 : 'We own America and the Americans know it.' The trouble is, most Americans don't know it. Israel sees America as a sort of staging post and cash cow for its war with the Arabs; a bit like the way the British saw Baghdad, Basra and Fallujah when Churchill decided they would be aircraft refuelling stations in the 'next' war, which would be an air war. For Churchill there was always a next war. Churchill was the one who gassed the Kurds first - in 1920 - and attacked Fallujah before Cheney was even born. Lieberman would have liked Churchill.
