Never, not once did i ever fully read an article in Salon, been there, done that. i come here to read what others have to say about an article, not what some clueless is shoving down others throat. this is the first time i've read the whole thing. but i didn't get it, and i have others reaction to not feel alone. later, it hit me. it took me 51 years to be able to Comprehend such an article. i lost everything that could matter and lift with nothing to look forward to; for You who don't get it you can go to Hell > AFRIKA where i was born raised and forever cursed to be from.

I was born, raised and think I'm still a Muslim. but the Islam that is talked about now days by so called learners, experts and practiced by Muslim fanatics "Christianized Muslims", is Foreign to me. maybe we have invented this Islam; and it's a bad Invention.

What some don't get, is that we were to be better than the rest. don't insult me and compare us to some Cactus-Republic, we are the USA, we are Better than that.

Africa).

Everyone and their sister has at one time or another voted for the best candidate > the most "electable", we've all seen where the best candidates have taken us. why not vote for the least "electable" candidate and see where that would take us.
I have been doing just that for the last 4 elections, but along with the other 37 smart voters; we have been unable to affect any change, please help.
this kind of thinking is what got us where we are today.
I care-less about Clinton, any of the clowns or this carnival it self, but, Emotional is what we need to be about this Nation.
In the last 35 years i have been inside a Masjed no more than 10 times, one was not even in use as a Masjed any more (Cordoba Spain) 2 or 3 more as a picture taking tourist in Morocco. not once did i even attempt to fast a Ramadan, i have knelt down more times to vomit after a good drunk than to pray, the word Allah (how it is used) became the ugliest of words, considered facing or the pilgrimage to Mecca a sin. the last time i prayed was in a Catholic church Down-Town Cleveland (true Muslims can pray in Christian and Jewish Houses of God). although i'll always have a soft spot for non-Arabic Muslims as i do for American Indians (central and south) Armenians, Kurdish or any other oppressed group of people i detested Arabic, Arabs and the little they have to offer. i was and still is more American than the so called real Americans (birth), yet here comes all these George-Bin-Bush's to tell me that I'm in but a Muslim, Islam became an Identity, it's like being a Jew, except that Jew is good Muslim is bad (for now).
as the west has created this Christianized Islam (Osama's Islam) and now is bent on grouping all as one kind of Muslims ; are Muslims (Identified) to be the next millennium's Jews? look at what less than 10 Million pissed-of Identified-Jews have done to our world in the last 150 years, now smile and say 2 billions, i dare you smile.
If you listen, watch or click ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, CBN, CNN or the BBC to get your news you are but ignorant. if you believe you'll get a balanced news coverage from any, you must be an idiot.

Although i will not be voting for Mr. Obama, let's get it right, Mr Obama, like myself and very few (but growing) others are African Americans, we actually have something African to bring to the table. others that we got used to call African Americans are 'Americans with black skin'. when it comes to American politics 'Americans with black skin' have proved them selves to be worthless. an old tale told by my North-African Mother tells of Crow who wanted to walk like a Dove, unable to do so he failed to remember how he walked before and ended up with the funny walk he now has. the best that could happen for America and for Mr. Obama, is for 'Americans with black skin' to stay the hell away from Mr Obama, and let US all watch and admire his walk.
And this is our concern, because?
