We don't have to travel the back roads of Pennsylvania for resentful ranting now, do we?:
So when it comes to words and actions, I'm going to remember and blame you Joan Walsh, for what you've done. When people ask me how the media managed to destroy a great country, I'm pointing them here first.

The media didn't create Reverend Wright...he put on his own show of absurdity for all to see in the open...even your hero, Obama, saw through his facade...way too late. 20 years too late. Even Oprah knew better 10 years ago.
But this means nothing when Obama is knee deep in something far more serious than this: the corruption that runs rampant across party lines in Illinois, his toxic ties to Rezco and many other nefarious and shady types in his home state...it seems Obama has very poor judgement, and this speaks volumes about his capabilities of being anything except a terrible President, who will court favors for political gain, something he has claimed he won't do, but his record shows otherwise. Blaming Joan for being more than charitable to Obama is ridiculous...you will sing a different tune once the indictments Patrick Fitzgerald hands up could possibly have Obama sadly in the middle of all the sordid details. It's coming, mark my words...the Chicago press have been reporting it daily, ignored by mainstream media and liberal pro-Obama blogs...but this won't be happening too much longer.
Hillary or McCain don't need to trash him, as Obamabots claim they do...he is doing it all on his own...
As is true of so many who like to shill for Obama (and since, like him, you were a lawyer, it's a natural affinity we will excuse for now), you seem to forget how integrally the way Obama has handled this matter speaks volumes about his ability to be a successful leader...not knowing when you need to sever relations from someone who is toxic to your cause is a sure sign of bad leadership...George Bush has suffered the same problem with some of the people around him...we don't need a repeat of that disastrous leadership style. In addition, this speaks to Obama's poor judgement: the same poor judgement that has gotten him in the middle of dealing with nefarious and sneaky characters in the whole Rezco debacle which involves statewide corruption in Illinois...an issue that Obama apologists ignore and the mainstream media gives little attention to...yet Patrick Fitzgerald's indictments, if they arrive before the fall, could spell a quick and decisive end to Obama's ambitions for good...it is THAT bad for him.
Finally, Downey finds a vehicle to restore his career in a stellar fashion. Looking forward to seeing it...sounds like a perfect fit for him.
The Obamabots who whine about him being rightly called on the carpet for having the crashingly bad judgement of attending a church where a certified nutjob infects his parishioners with insane theories and antiquated notions are growing ever more tiresome in their absurd arguments...and you take the cake...
If you want an adult analysis of the situation, try this, from BBC...especially intriguing is one woman from a Philly suburb who makes a very salient point about Obama...I leave it to those who listen to discover it...:

What I love is when Meredeith Vieira on Thurs.'s Today asks Michelle Obama about her reaction to Wright and she bobs and weaves and starts talking about how it detracts from talking about children...typical lawyer tactic...
Obama's ability to capture blue collar voters has past him by...Wisconsin (like Iowa or say Minnesota), is a deeply atypical state, with a long tradition of maverick and progressive politics, which means it was tailor made for Obama's early message, before it became clear that the real Obama isn't the one he has packaged himself as...
