[Read more letters about this article: Here]The video is an astounding testament to the level of hate, evil, and venom that can be spilled about Hillary...and used for the excuse that "it's not because she is a woman, but because she is a Clinton"...why, as pointed out in the video, whole web sites bank on this crap: Huffpo, Daily Kos are two to name a few...nothing was dumber than those rising to defend Randi Rhodes' rant in an alleged "comedy routine" in San Francisco, somehow absolving her of guilt for coming off like a whackjob...she was WORKING for Air America, and if she says otherwise, she is a liar.( Well, she got canned, and it was good riddance to bad rubbish. She never let anyone get a word in edgewise anyway...) But as you say, Joan, it's really something to see one woman calling another woman a "fucking whore"...(but it's not because she's a woman! It's because she's a CLINTON...!!!!)
Glad to see you are going to lose people who just can't stand the notion of anyone opposing the idea of a woman being put through this endless meatgrinder of offensive, repellent misogyny and having no problem with it...as you rightly point out, their presence on here is not welcome.

So it's OK to make sexist comments about women you don't like? Is it OK to make racist comments about blacks you don't like? Sexism and sexist comments are wrong, no matter who the woman is.

[Read more letters about this article: Here]What is scary is that this mentality of fetishizing one's oppressonrs has turned to Israel adopting an oppressor mentality towards the Palestinians, not understanding that their essentially enslaving that population in abject poverty and helplessness only fosters the anger and hate the Israelis find so threatening from the territories...it's a vicious cycle...the oppressed become the oppressors, and it is perfectly logical that sick porno like this would have manifested itself in Israel. Any Holocaust survivor should be deeply and rightly offended to the core by this repellent garbage.

There is snobbery, Joan, no matter what color you are...it's a class issue...but working class people, from your own self-described background, do not cotton to swells putting them down...and Obama can be looked at as a swell...

[Read more letters about this article: Here]I have a friend who has family who exactly fit in to the demo in question here...they are laughing hysterically at being called bitter and find Obama's comment absurd on its face and his explanation of his comment even more funny...I and they know of NO ONE who is bitter in PA...they are an optimistic, proud people...they may not be happy about how things are going in the country, but that doesn't affect their outlook on life...Obama may be projecting what HE sees as a life HE would not prefer, and ASSUMES one would be bitter as a result, but in reality, he is dead wrong, and the voters are going to teach him a lesson he won't soon forget about what it means to be bitter...his supporters will be whining non-stop next Wed. morning, demonstrating why they are singlehandedly the reason why he can't be President: for they will be labeling Pennsylvanians as "stupid white trash" for voting for Hillary...you mark my words...so much for him and them being "uniters"--one of the biggest farces in the 2008 race.

[Read more letters about this article: Here]Excellent expose on what has caused Dems to lose over and over...even in 1968, the likes of Spiro Agnew spelled out the quality that would send the "silent majority" out to defeat Humphrey...of course the nightmare 1968 Dem convention may have also had a hand in Nixon's win. What Obama and his fellow snobs need to get and get fast: this country doesn't elect left of center politicians, and I challenge anyone to name me one truly liberal Dem who has won in the last 60 years. Why in God's name do you think Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton got elected?

[Read more letters about this article: Here]I find it amusing that is that finally Obama had to start answering some questions that have arisen about his judgement and that are considered baseless next to "issues"...sorry, it doesn't work that way...if one could sit through Tim Russert, Brian Williams and Obama and John Edwards ganging up on Hillary, certainly Obama, if he ever wants to be President, better be ready to be put on the spot also...
Actually, Obama was given the chance to bat these bugaboos about him out of the ballpark...he didn't. And so, they will go on to live to November, unless he shuts them down, not with smart ass "flicking" gestures and hip hop whoops (if you are trying to break stereotypes, please don't engage in them, OK???)...
All this smacks of whining from Obama's somewhat energetic (I am being WAAYYY to polite) enthusiasts...
