Original article: Sebelius endorses Obama

Talk about an endorsement without national projection . . .

Just when you thought that there could be nothing more boring than GWB's last State of the Nation address, Mrs Sebelius proved you wrong.

The immediate response of the Obamanites after the Maxine Waters endorsement announcement was to underline the lack of national projection of the good congresswoman from California (and also smear her with corruption charges). Well, poetic justice didn't take long as this snooze feast of a speaker, who lost the chance for the democratic party to give one last forceful response to the president, has endorsed their blessed child.

Ted Kennedy, John Kerry, Claire McCaskill and now Mrs. Sebelius is a bunch that frankly make the Clinton, Clark and Albright trio behind Hillary in Iowa, look like the cast of Stump on RedBull.

And don't forget . . . Google Don't drop the soap and Sebelius together and see what comes up.

Florida spoke, will the DNC listen?

The results in Florida are exactly what you would expect and the campaign responses are too. The bottom line is this result could have been predicted months ago, based on Hillary's name recognition and lack of exposure for Obama. It is somewhat revolting that the Clinton campaign is shamefully spinning this to be something more based on all their previous comments about Florida, although at this point, no one should be surprised.

Lack of exposure for Obama!? Give me a break! Obama its all you hear about in the national media and he was the only candidate running TV ads non stop.

We went out to vote yesterday in record numbers despite the lack of campaigning (except for Obama's TV spots). We said, in not uncertain or mild terms, that Hillary is Florida's Democratic Presidential Candidate. Hillary Clinton easily outvoted McCain, but both McCain AND Romney did beat Obama. Those results speak loud and are the reason why Obama is calling the Florida election a beauty contest despite the fact that he was the only one running TV ads and dismissing the fact of the phenomenal turnout. Well Obama, Florida thinks you and your campaign are ugly, I guess.

I have always thought that any democratic nominee would count with my support, but with Edwards dropping out today and Obama snubbing our collective will in Florida, if Hillary is not nominated I may just stay home and brace my self for 4 more years of Republican rule. At least I wouldn't be voting for McCain like the Obama campaign talking point dictates if Hillary is nominated.

So long John, I will miss you!

John Edwards ran the best campaign of either party. He would have made a great president. He has been extremely unlucky, 4 years ago he got saddled with John Kerry (and his loser stigma which stuck to Edwards) only to be back stabbed by him this time around. Now he confronted two history making candidates. It must be really frustrating for him to know that he was much better suited to be president than at least Obama, and as good as Clinton. I hope Hillary knows to give Edwards a prominent place in her administration, that is the kind of people she needs around.

Thank you John and please keep fighting the good fight, we still need you.

If that is what Barack's campaign thinks of us . . .

. . . we will know what to do, or rather what not to do, if we have the disgrace to end up with him as the nominee. Funny indeed . . .

Unity

Note: Unlike the Hillary supporters at the 72nd St. subway station this morning who saw my Obama button and yelled at me ("He's going to lose!"), I'm not making a prediction. I'm just saying how this looks if you're not in the HRC camp (when the primaries are over, you just might need us).

Interesting note. It was Obama, not a surrogate, not a pundit but the candidate himself, who questioned the unity after the primaries if Hillary gets elected. This happened while Clinton was talking about unity.

The guys at the 72nd St. station were right. Obama is going to lose, whether the primaries or the general election, he is going to lose. For the country's sake lets hope its the former.

Hypocrisy

What a pack of wolves is surrounding this Obama guy. That statement is so blatantly hypocritical and vapid that its almost funny (it would be hilarious if it wasn't he future of the country what is at stake).

Anyway, like someone said before, the Obama camp is trolling for the endorsement, hopefully Edwards will see through that and remain neutral, especially since Obama's health care plan is so deficient next to what Edwards is advocating for.

It looks like Jimmy Carter is endorsing Obama, which together with Ted Kennedy's endorsement makes an unbeatable jinx.

Project much?

. . . only if I was a mirror.

But . . . but . . . Hill . . . but, but . . . John, . . .

So much hate for Hillary . . .

. . . from the Obamites. In their eyes she can do no right.

(a) Obama compares Ronald Reagan favorable to Bill Clinton . . . Hillary's fault!

(b) Obama run TV spots in Florida violating his pledge not to campaign in that state . . . Hillary is cheating by celebrating her landslide win AFTER the polls were closed!

(c) Obama snubs Hillary in Congress . . . Hillary's fault!

(d) Obama releases a statement trolling for Edwards' endorsement . . . but Hillary would have written something much worse.

(e) Bill Clinton underlines Obama's inconsistencies in relation to his position on the Irak war. . . Hillary's fault!

(f) Hillary wins New Hampshire . . . recount! recount!

(g) Hillary wins the nomination . . . Game over Obama!

To: -- The Notorious W.E.S.

Why would you have to destroy Obama when he is doing such a great job by himself?

The question is, who will monopolize all of his rookie faux pass, Hillary or the Republicans? I pray for the former.

Wednesday, January 30, 2008 01:41 PM

Sure wanderingheel . . .

. . . and all the Edwards supporters I know are know going to vote for Hillary. "Anyone but Obama" is what they are saying, especially after the last debate.

Again, what does race has anything to do with which way Edwards supporters will go? Whoever said that Edwards supporters are going to Hillary because she is white? That is just more of these mischievous Obama's talking points to paint himself as the victim of racial politics.
