Why single out oil . . .

. . . when nuclear has been contributing with Obama as well. Oh! yes, because he doesn;t mention NUCLEAR in his ad . . .

Well, Obama has received over $100,000 from contributors related to the Exelon Corporation, you know like executives and employees. In return Obama has dropped pearl of wisdom such as: “[since Congress was debating ]policies to address air quality and the deleterious effects of carbon emissions on the global ecosystem, it is reasonable—and realistic—for nuclear power to remain on the table for consideration.

But why stop at nuclear, according to Harper's Magazine, "in one of his earliest votes as a senator, Obama helped pass a class-action “reform” bill that was a long-standing and cherished goal of business groups. (The bill was the focus of a significant lobbying effort by financial firms, who constitute Obama's second-biggest single bloc of donors.)

The bill was also heavily championed by high-tech firms. Shortly after the vote, dozens of big-donor executives affiliated with a PAC called TechNet came to Washington for an annual lobbying trip. The agenda was top-heavy with White House officials and congressional Republicans, but Obama was picked to address the PAC’s policy lunch, and a draft of the speech was posted on his website. “None of us expect or want the government to lead the next technological revolution,” Obama told the assembled contributors, “but I believe that we can provide the spark that fuels America’s innovation and competitiveness in the global economy. We can do better than burdening businesses with cases of class-action abuse, and that’s why I cast a tough vote in favor of reform the other week.”

It sounds like a speech by the current president, but the Obamaniacs will soon find an excuse for it.

The arrogance of dough.

As if we didn't know . . .

. . . that Obama is a liar, like every other politician. But all of a sudden the Obamaniacs want to change the discussion to Hillary's Bosnian misadventures. That, my psychofanatic friends, was discussed about two weeks ago.

This, here, today is about Obama taking contribution from special interest group, paying back their favors in the senate, and lying about it.

The audacity of dough. Obama/Rezko '08

After . . .

. . . Jeremiah Wright, James Meek and Tony Rezko, how bad can this Murdoch girl be? Are you judging her by who her father is. Do you even know her name, Alex?

This is more no-news from Alex Koppleman. Obama is the New York Post endorsee while Hillary is the New York Times endorsee, that show speak loads, not a fund raiser hosted by a private citizen despite how evil her father might be.

I used to loathe Fox News, but Keith Olberman is making me rethink my approach to Fox.

@ ironocrat

No problem. Olberman, once he decided to shamelessly plug Obama (for which I give him credit since there are so many other that are not as open) he has consistently smeared Hillary Clinton in the same fashion and with the same virulence and twisted logic that Bill O'Reilly or Sean Hannity use to character assassinate whoever they perceive to be an enemy of the current administration or contrary to their ideology.

That only shows me that these guys have all turned into the same thing since the day that the media corporations decided that news needed to be entertainment too and not the public service they really are, or should be.

Original article: New Clinton ad: "Ringing"

If you can't understand the metaphor . . .

. . . you may want to ask you school for a refund, or bother mother nature with a warranty claim.

The 3AM means that you are unaware or mildly aware of the crisis, the phone ringing is McCain's announced position of not doing anything about it.

But like I said, if you can't understand the metaphor . . .

@ meffert

I haven't received a red cent but I don't blame you for thinking that. I guess is the difference between being passionate about something, unlike "you people" with your inspired imagination and washed, very washed brains.

I could only imagine how rich you'd all be if you get paid for trashing, bashing, smearing and ridiculing everything Hillary does.

YIKES!!

Now that Obama's Penn defeat is going to be much uglier than expected, courtesy of his racist, out of touch and racist remarks on the American working class made behind close doors to his San Francisco donors as a way to explain why he is not going to win in Pennsylvania and Indiana and probably in North Carolina. Salon, CNN, Huffington, Kos and other Obama news outlets and brain washing sites are bringing out the heavy artillery.

Good luck with that!

But you know, those bitter, gun loving, religion clinching, racist and xenophobe working class americans couldn't care less about what manipulated polls, fanatical blogs and unbalanced and editorialized news have to say. Just like those in New Hampshire, or California, or Massachusetts.
