In response to the anonymous post about the kitty being weaned too soon, I submit this post from an article about kneading behavior: "It is speculated that as adults, the behavior is continued as a form of comfort when the animal is feeling safe and happy, so the next time your cat [kneads], remember that he may be associating the comfort and happiness that he gets from you with happy memories of time with his mother." Sounds like maybe the kitty and pup are both content.

I'd like to echo the views expressed by Kelly & A.H. that we need a lesbian contributor to Broadsheet. Further, "accusing" someone of being a lesbian does a disservice to the lesbian and feminist communities.
