Which one...

Which one is the woman in the linked picture?

none

I switched from Netflix because they kept f'ing me on turnaround time (started at about 3 days, ballooned to sometimes a week), and though I loathe supporting the Block, they do it better. Netflix always lied to me, in e-mail and in my queue, telling me they were sending the movie on time, and, almost, never would send it on time. Also: Here's one Netflix has but the Block doesn't: "This Film is Not Yet Rated", which I am guessing, as I have never seen it, they either don't carry b/c it is an NC-17 or Not Rated film, or because it bashes the Blocks complicity in the BS ratings of the MPAA .

"That's tactics"

"...That's tactics"

The new "I'm the decider"?

Local News

FT was interviewed by our (Jacksonville, Fl) local news anchor when he was in town two weeks ago. Even the anchor's simple, softball questions were stumping him. He really came across as a total dumb ass.

One of the best

I think that was one of the best episodes yet, and definitely in a LONG time. As for me, I HATE the smoke monster-- even typing "smoke monster" makes me cringe. I know there are obviously fantastical elements to the show, but this is one that absolutely is so ludicrous, it just pisses me off.

Not a solution

Some are having to choose between gasoline and food. A savings of $30 or $50 is a significant amount of cash for at least some Americans.

And that is why this plan IS a sham. A one time savings of $30-50 does nothing to tackle the very real problem of long-term out-of-control gas prices. A one time savings of less than $60 is not a solution, it is a gimmick, plain and simple. This plan is not a solution, it is political pandering and HRC is rightly slammed for it. Once the summer is over, those very same families you mentioned will go right back to choosing food or gas. Your logic is terrible, and I cannot believe Salon even published this worthless article.

Pro Football Talk

Wait, wait, wait, wait. Pro Football Talk is cited as one of the reliable blogs? They post more unfounded rumors than a celebrity gossip site. Buzz doesn't know shit.

I'll take...

...."coolly arrogant" over "stupidly arrogant" or "coolly stupid" or "completely unable to hold office on an intellectual level".

I hate to use this as an example

But this FRC guy should have watched-- and God am I embarrassed to say this-- Dr. Phil yesterday. The show featured a 19 year old girl, totally incompetent and just downright dumb, who has a 1 yr old daughter, with another on the way; the father of both kids also has another young child by another woman; neither of them wokrs, nor appears able to get any sort of job beyond McDonalds. To which I say: explain to me why this girl shouldn't have an abortion?

Well...

...just in the impossibly off-handed chance that asshole decides to check out what the people are syaing, let me say: " FUCK YOU, ASSHOLE". Even Jesus would tell you you're a disgusting human being motivated by greed and power-- you know, two of the things that book called the Bible is most adamantly against.

Question

How did people who are paid truly unbelievable amounts of money (e.g. Penn) botch something as simple as how delegates are counted? I mean, we learned that stuff in 9th grade.

i am a heterosexual male and i had a total boner for biden. it's a shame that a politician being smart and articulate is such an anomaly these days, but, man, was he impressive.

hoping for more

Based on the description, I was hoping for more of a smackdown on hannity. as it was, that was just two guys trying to speak over each other. hannity is clearly a despicable, disgusting person. let's hope the god he believes in exists, because there is no way He would want anything to do with a shitbag like hannity.

86%

Wait, wait, wait. Those can't be right: Fox News said 86% of people thought McCain won. Clearly, those other polls must be wrong.

I know, the one who seems to almost be laughing at him and everyone else, and doesn't even seem to clap? And who looks way too young to vote? It's kind of reflective of the party's current ideas, and the convention, when the first thing i notice/think is, "hey, how did they get a non-white person at a rally?"

Attractive?

GOD, can we PLEASE stop with the "attractive" bullshit? Maybe this statement will make me seem like a male pig, but she is NOT attractive! She's just not ugly. There is a BIG difference; there is nothing attractive about Sarah Palin. At all. Physically, emotionally, mentally.

Smug little shit

Even when he dismisses the lady and shrugs his arm away, he looks like a smug, angry, little fuck; refuses to even acknowledge that she is there.

And good job Mitchell for hitting that shitbag over his complaint about dirty campaign tricks.

Photo

To the two nice people who commented on the photo: THAT'S MY BOY!!!! I actually didn't take the pic-- someone from Obama's campaign took it and my wife found it on their site. I, unfortunately, could not attend the rally, and he wen with my wife and her sister.

I lived in Ga....

....And believe me, the Republicans I knew and met were exactly the braindead types* who eat up Palin's (or Chambliss') stupidity, fear-mongering, and, in general, the worst "ideas" stemming from the GOP. If this dumbshit didn't win, THAT would be news.

* EG: one moron who told me, when 'Bad Boys II' came out and it got bad reviews, it was because of "the liberal media".
