Original article: McCain loses again

great commentary Joan!

I watch you all the time on MSNBC. This article is so accurate and so truthful. Although most Republicans will not like it, the truth shall set them free too.

McCain really IZ a grumpy old man. He spent the entire debate wincing at Obama - who I really believe he harbors some deep resentment for. He constantly talks down to Obama and is quick to try and remind him of what he doesn't know. Problem is, he knows plenty and is just as adept to American Politics (or maybe even moreso) than McCain, and he's been in the Senate 3 times longer than Obama.

I thought one of the most irresponsible and ridiculous proposals that McCain spoke on last night was in the area of education. To suggest that military personnel who want to teach go right into the field bypassing certification testing standards and training is utterly insane! We need the very best and brightest teaching our children. Period. While I have nothing against those who enroll in the military, I certainly don't want a soldier straight from the battlefield as my son's first-grade teacher. That was the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard regarding education come from a politician! Maybe we should do away with college majors for education all together! The man is insane.

Obama/Biden '08.

good job whitewomenforobama!

boy those repubs stop at nothing to try and bamboozle the American people!

Whether he was a plant or not doesn't concern me. I mean if he was, he should have been smart enough not to use his real name!

The larger point is that this guy does not represent middle America. No wonder he's concerned about his taxes being raised. YES JOE, you seem to be doing well. In an downward sliding economy, you were able to purchase a business for $250K. So please... you can and should pay more!

I love the attempts at the slick talking by the right. They get busted everytime. Just like McCain's new butt design for Obama threat went kerplunk during the debate!

America has had just about enough of tricks, deceit, and game playing!!

Good luck with all those business Joe.

catamitebastard

with that dumb smell of strategy, you would fit right in with the McCain campaign.

Despite what you think - Obama supporters are very smart and we will be running to vote on November 4. Usually the loser is the one who has less voter turnout.

Original article: First lady got back

I mean really

I'm down with Salon and all, but this article is a little silly, immature, and unnecessary. Last I checked, Michelle's booty is not that big. I will put mine up against hers any day! Why must we resort to reducing black women? Did anyone ever write such an article about Laura Bush?

Let's show some respect here. Aubry Kaplan seems to have quite the preoccupation with the glutious maximus!
