"It seems like the smart thing is to stop struggling and start missing those monthly payment to qualify for Uncle Sugar generosity. I wonder if Obama has figured out that's is about to happen on a massive scale?"

I have advised all of my friends (most of whom occupy the upper middle class) that purchased homes between 2004 and 2006 to apply for government assistance :-) The houses they bought have undeniably fallen in value since they bought them, and thus they deserve to be bailed out, no? Can you imagine how many people fall into this category? They "played by the rules", they got burned, and they owe billions and billions. I hope Obama chokes on them.

Tip Of The Day: Here's a handy and legal way to avoid giving the government more than you have to: Underpay your taxes, and pay up on April 15. This will deny the corrupt government the luxury of using your money until they "refund" you. It also keeps the federal and state governments from arbitrarily deciding to not give it back, like California and Kansas. How long will it be before Obama declares another "emergency" and decides to keep federal refunds?

Dear Werrit

"If you think the stimulus/housing plan is a bad idea, how can you honestly, really, truly suggest to your friends that they cynically milk it in a dishonest way?"

There is absolutely nothing dishonest about what I am advocating. I am simply suggesting that my friends take advantage of the new socialist government. Would it help you feel better if I told you some of them are black? See, it's your hypocrisy that is truly disgusting. Why shouldn't my "qualified" white, upper middle class friends get the same consideration as Obama's homies? You are a racist jerk.

You can't criticize this man!

He is both African American and a democrat, just like the New Prince Obama. His character, therefore, is impeccable and he is incapable not only of committing this offense, but any infraction great or small. Anyone that suggests anything to the contrary is a racist bigot.

Embarrassing? Phhht. They're ALL embarrassing, so what's new. If varying degrees of embarrassing qualifies a politician for punishment, we would have to hang most of them.

Holder said we re-segregate outside of the workplace. Man, he sure is astute at stating the obvious. What he did not say was WHO does this. TRY EVERYONE! Old people like old people. Young people like young people. Train enthusiasts like train enthusiasts. Does this mean that train enthusiasts are bigoted toward non-train enthusiasts? No, it is simply the fact that people like people that have something in common with them. Big deal. IT'S NORMAL FOLKS!

Black people are more like black people than they are like white people and vice versa. And guess what? Blacks tend to hang around with blacks (though not always) and whites tend to hang around with whites (though not always). Why does everything have to trace right back to racial hatred for some people? I guess it pays the bills.

Dude, you a wrong, wrong, WRONG! I am not a republican, and I am not a democrat, and it's the bailout I hate. It is the actions of scurrilous individuals, pirates and thieves that makes me want to puke on their shoes. I'm sure that deep down, Obama and company are truly concerned about little Molly and her single mom getting kicked out of he house that they have put 25 years of equity into... NO THEY ARE NOT! They are concerned about exactly ONE THING. Can you GUESS what it is!?! How about "creating a subservient, utterly dependant class that both hates them and sucks up to them at the same time".

These people, democrats and republicans alike, are sick to the core, and I'm not sure what the final solution will be, but it may just be that; final.

Why are the people in this country so blind to the obvious. There is no such thing as a good politician. Do I hate them. No. If they did nothing at all, my anger for them would not exist. The only time I get furious is when they speak, or do something. So it is their ACTIONS I hate. This bailout included.

Lotta Liberal Love

In this here room. I make a sincere gesture, and all those who think I think differently than they do expose their hatred. Par for the course, it seems. Loving, open minded, tolerant liberals. It's a good thing you folks hate guns.

Troll? Ahem, notice the star.
