utterly refuse to state what is in the single biggest spending bill in the history of the country?
Do any of you supporters even know? I doubt it. What a travesty. Our children will pay. Your children will pay.
Go ask an Indian...
So, men think women are tools, and women think men are tools. I guess that just makes us a race of tools!
Tool. What a funny word.
Whether men think men in bikinis are tools. I know I would. If I saw a guy in a bikini, I would think "man, what a tool."
by the mccain campaign to look that way. Letting her ego-maniacal brat on TV has dispensed with that doubt. She's stupid, alright.
Some jerk gets half his house payed for by ME, and you call that smart? Pull your head out of your butt, or we will all be experiencing Obama's "personal misfortune". And let's face it; people that don't pay, won't pay. Even if it's reduced to 1/3. They were gaming the system in the first place.
Obama said today* that 9 million people's problems will disappear under his benign fist for $75 million of MY dollars. That's a whopping $8,333.33 How does that affect a $350,000.00 mortgage, huh?
This is lunacy, and will bring on a revolution. By this time next year, Obama will be despised and derided, even by the blood sucking bums he is "helping". Here's hoping he fails so miserably, and is so hated, that no more dare to follow his example "Only government can fix this..." Piss on the government! Considering his arrogance, and what he and the rest of them are doing to this once proud nation (including both Bushes, for the record), I genuinely hope that like Adolf, his name will never be given to another child.
Does anyone here know what the concept of limited government is? You know, what this country was founded and built on? By the time these scumbags suck this place dry, we will all be poor.
It's definitely time for the French solution, and I don't mean socialism, I mean the one they used in 1789.

9 million people for 75 billion, not million.
Anything is reversible. Just look at the difference between the nanny state, the Thatcher era and the nanny state again today.
Eddy Murphy once even said concerning affirmative action "It was a nice ride while it lasted". Not so fast Eddy. It looks like this ride will make the last one look insignificant. Let the reparations begin. I mean, that's what this is really all about, isn't it? Something to soothe the America hating, self loathing liberal conscience.
Not to worry. The harder the pendulum swings, the harder it swings back. You can't deny the laws of physics, cap'n. I can only hope that on the next swing, someone breaks the pendulum off and shoves it up Obama's world view.
America will always be America. Even the "New Prince" can't take that away, and that's what the liberals hate. It's not the new political environment that they hate, it's the independance, the history, the foundation, the very philosophy that created the most powerful nation on earth. They hate that. They desire a spineless, groveling populace that they can lord it over, even if it means the loss of our stature as a nation (sound familiar?). They would rather have a third rate country that is utterly dependent on them than a first rate country that despises, shuns, and discards them.
I hate everything they are, and everything they stand for, but I don't hate America, neither will I ever be ashamed of being American. My father was an American. I am an American. I will resist them at every turn, and if push comes to shove, I will fight on the side of those who stand on their own, rather than those who feed at the trough of their masters. They do not deserve America. They deserve Obama. He is not America, and he never will be.
Who said anything about an upside for the taxpayers? For that matter who said anything about an upside for the new government dependants. The taxpayers enable the politicians to make new dependants, who in turn keep the politicians in power.
The only upsiders in this scenario are the politicians. We must rid ourselves of them. They are parasitic. They are a plague. They are the problem.
Repeat after me:
The government does everything well.
The government does everything well.
The government does everything well.
The government does everything well.
The government does everything well.
"They wrote it so that you might mind your own bloody business and do so in an equitable and lawful manner as you did so."
Quite true, but power and freedom and the concepts encapsulated by your remarks are not mutually exclusive. America became powerful, not by domination, but by innovation, not by invasion, but by developing its own resources. That is not to say that we have not had corrupt politicians or citizens in the past (note that I say politicians - not leaders, because we do not need political leaders. We have plenty of leadership that does not involve government), but the greater part of America's ability comes from its freedom and its free markets (what's left of them). Alas, we are in decline.
I too, realize that far too often we have been guilty of unnecessary foreign entanglement, but that is not by design, rather from the corruption that comes with power. Trust me when I say that I would much rather America mind it's own business, and that in doing so all the more increase in stature.
