Are we now officially a Christian nation?

Once again Barack receives praise despite a weak showing. Far from being a positive, his handling of the Supreme Court question showed us still one more weak Democrat. Where John McCain railed against the non conservative members of the court without any hesitation, Obama named only Clarence Thomas in his initial response. Most of his discourse on the conservative members of the court was in dishing praise on them.

Would it have been difficult for Harry Truman to quickly identify the political operatives in the court, who in 2000 awarded the Whitehouse to GooberW Bush?

What'd You Think Of Michelle Obama's Speech

Sounded like an SNL takeoff. "I'm for good things. I am not for bad things." I love my children, my husband, my family, and even my country."

Obama feuding with Clinton

The major media fawn over Obama, yet want to keep talking about the Clintons. In order to keep talking about the Clintons the media have nothing left but to constantly talk of Clinton supporters not being fully behind Obama.

It has been my experience that Obama supporters are super emotionally against the Clintons and do not feel compelled to even attempt to hide it, yet expect the Clinton supporters to gladly come over.

If Obama cannot unite the Democratic party how can he unite the entire country? Unite the Democrats now, Obama.

Hillary cannot do enough to satisfy hardcore Obamatons

The Obama supporters (excluding the ones at the convention who understand the need for unity) are so anger oriented toward Hillary THEY will blow it for the Democrats.

Their war has been won. They have "vanquished" Hillary.

Bill Clinton Is A Democrat Who Can Connect With The People

Joan Walsh, as always, was fair to the extreme compared to the major media hacks when it came to evaluating Bill Clinton's performance at the convention. Joan was so hard pressed to find something to criticize that she noted the Biden comment. Was Slick Willie NOT supposed to mention Biden? Was he not supposed to complement Biden? Was he not to mention Biden in the same sentence with Obama?

Did Obama select Biden for his command of the economy? Obamatons need to get over it.

Original article: Knock it off, Paul Begala

Knock it off Paula Begala?

Here we go again with the Obama lovers. If Clinton supporters say nothing it is sower grapes. If they say something it isn't approved by Obama supporters. Had the Clintons stayed away from the convention they would have been stewing, sulking, and angry. Instead they go and serve great supporting roles, but Obama lovers whine that the Clintons "were given" such great speaking spots.

My experience has been that even while talking with Obama supporters who are trashing the Clintons they deny knowing any Obama supporters who trash the Clintons.

Obamatons need to get over it and remember who it is they have to beat and from whom they will need support. Oh, I forgot. Republicans will cross over and sweep him into office.

Obama's trouble with small town folks

Obama has not been able to connect at all with working class folks and not well with middle class folks. Although Obama's ardent supporters hear John Kennedy when he speaks, I hear Michael Dukakis. That is why he is not connecting. Also, McCain solidified conservative support by naming a running mate who set off the culture war A bomb. They see her and GooberW as tough and combat veterans like John Kerry as weak (they would use a different word than weak and that word starts with a p).

The culture was says - Democrats weak - Republicans strong.

The masses will not take the time to research, listen and make their own judgements.

Good Old Maureen

Maureen continues to self document her total lack of anything remotely resembling objectivity. And The Times pays her for this?
