Talking About Fairness

While I also have fear if Iran has a nuclear weapon, it sounds ambiguous that America refuses to even talk to its government. As a nation who puts democracy and freedom on high pedestal, why does America not choose diplomacy as the foremost step to initiate every policy instead of putting a harsh judgement?

America is not the only ´moral police´ in the world. There is no absolute correctness to one particular point-of-view. A subject may have deemed differently by different country, and it doesn´t necessarily mean that one country is completely wrong.

If America can enrich uranium for energy purposes, why can´t Iran -- with the right contract the world bind it with to ensure that it is just solely to support the life condition of its population? If America says Iran might enrich uranium to support its nuclear weaponry, and that Iran might someday attack other countries, what is the guarantee that America will not attack other country for its own purposes-- with all the might its got? We have seen America attacking Iraq with unsolid grounds, and it might as well do it to other countries -- and I think this is exactly the reason why terrorists point their action to the US.

Iran says it´s enriching uranium for energy purposes -- and such right is guaranted by the World Nuclear Proliferation -- and the best thing America could do is by binding it with a solid contract and diplomacy. If Iran bends its promise in the future, it would not only be America attacking it, but also the whole world would. Isn´t it the best solution?

Even diplomacy could soften up Palestinians, I think. What cannot be solved with a good deed and reasonable talk?

So, go Obama, with your diplomacy!

America Descending

It truly saddens me to see America is descending. A great nation is suffering a crisis of its own foundations: democracy, freedom, and critical thinking.

Since when has America become so shallow, pondering on someone´s religion as the basis of credentiality as a president? And since when a kind of rumor like this could be deemed appropriate as a headline? Okay, it has been since years ago, but how could Americans let it happen, and instead putting on more fire to it?
