Imagine what it would cost one of the pharmaceutical companies or car manufacturers if any of their products were proved faulty, and they refused either to completely acknowledge or correct it! And none of them can count as many of us customers, as FISA-- and joe kLIEn's sloppy misrepresentation-- has the potential to affect.
