dooger booger, poet emerit-ass
[Read the article: Why Hillary Clinton should be winning]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Sire, you have a way with language that could only have been fostered in reform school. Is there any orifice to which you do not pay linguistic, or, dare I say, cunnilunguistic, homage? The rhythm and flow of your speech, that Shakespearean meets Bush turn of phrase, to which us mere mortals can only ass-spire. Work on your alliterative skills: fuck and fool is a start. What can I say that you have not? Your facility belongs in- well, a facility. A septic tank. Sod off.

what is democratic process?
[Read the article: Why Hillary Clinton should be winning]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Let's see. Political parties do not exist in the Constitution. People make them up, ad hoc, over the years. the processes change. Not too long ago, unless you were a white male property owner, you had no vote. Parties have come and gone, morphed beyond recognition, changed their rules to make the processes more, or less, responsive to some manifestation of the popular voice. Is that required? No. Is is desirable? Many Democrats think so. Most republikans do not. Caucuses and primaries have coexisted for decades (in texas, they do both, for crying out loud), and the rules have been tinkered with. To hear the whining about sexism, you'd think the primaries were designed solely to excluded people with vaginas. Poppycock. All the candidates knew the rules. Most abided by them. Hillary thinks exceptions, always in her favor, are in order. Interesting view of democracy: of, by and for the Clintons. As far as that preposterous agism rant just posted: women live six to seven years longer than men. Is that sexist? Get real. Thanks to the ADA and other advances, more disabled people have access to more of what society offers than ever before. Is that enough? Hell no. Is it intentional that caucus states metaphorically screw old women? Hell no. The primaries or caucuses are held under rules made up by EACH STATE, within parameters established by the DNC. You wanna piss and moan, piss on the states and moan to the DNC. It's not Obama's fault. This constant playing victim is neither convincing nor true. It's been a long time since a non-incumbent had all the advantages handed to her like Hillary did. She blew it. Get used to it.

[Read the article: Why Hillary Clinton should be winning]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]All the candidate knew neither Florigan or Michida would count. Hillary left her name on the ballot for the non-primary, an event that did not occur. Now, she's bitching that those are her votes. Bullshit. Play by the rules. Win or lose. Stop whining, or is that congenital?

[Read the article: Thank you, Rush Limbaugh!]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]shawn the pawn is, one presumes, human, but show no humanity, ever. when he's not full of himself, he's full of shit. he loves to blame, accuse, deny, defile, defecate, and clutter threads with incomprehensible drivel. I know it's hard to ignore him; I don't because I love to poke the little rodent to watch him piss and moan. welcome back. shawn's about the bottom of the slime barrel, so if you can make it past him, you're home free.

Country? What country?
[Read the article: Sizing up Petraeus on Iraq]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]It never was a country. It's a quilt poorly sewn by the British and held together by tyranny. We should never have gone in; hard as this is to type, Bush I was right. Dead right. Now we're just dead. 13 already this month. The surge is a fancy name for escalation. As a Vietnam era vet, I keenly recall how well that works. There's a long black wall in DC with over 58000 names of those who paid for that foreign policy debacle. This war, albeit with a lower death toll (so far) is, geopolitically, much much worse than Vietnam. Bush makes Nixxon look like Ghandi. And McLame wants more of the same. He's a warmonger. It's in his blood, like adultery. Petraeus is doing what he's order to do as well as a man can. It's not enough and never will be. Get the hell out. Leave a residual force with USN air backup. But get the hell out. Now.

Hillary the Hack
[Read the article: Why Hillary Clinton should be winning]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]She's smart. She's ridden her husband's name into the Senate. Her 35 years of alleged experience could be reduced to ten, and that's being generous. Her foreign policy experience was smiling and waving and dodging phantom sniper bullets. Her voting record includes the unforgivable: saying to Georgie "go to war if you want to". Any idiot could have read the PNAC fascist website and seen what their plans were for years. Apparently, Hill isn't just any idiot. She has never apologized for that vote, which helped enable the worst foreign policy debacle in American history. She has great intellectual tools, but has used them to become herself a tool, of lobbyists (Mark Penn sound familiar?), of the DLC and the Beltway mentality. She's Calvin Coolidge with a vagina. If her name were not Clinton, she'd be a wealthy lawyer. Oh, wait: she i a wealthy lawyer. She has lied time after time after time, particularly now that she's all but done. She has no honor. She has no originality. She has no charisma. She's a bright lady with a very famous last name. BFD. She was better qualified only compared to Gravel. The rest- Dodd and Richardson, who know her well and endorsed Obama- and Biden and Edwards, had far more experience- real personal experience, not "co president" or co-governor" horse manure- than Hillary can conjure up with her bobbleheaded multipersonality theme of the week campaign. She took a nomination practically handed to her and pissed it away. That's leadership? No, it's not.
