billary's baggage
[Read the article: Would Americans elect a woman president?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]she needs three skycaps to get from room to room, this feminist icon who tolerated her husbands serial affairs. A real woman would have thrown his clothes on the white house lawn, the bastard. No one alive can energize the fascist cracker base better than Hillary. She's McLame's best friend, doing his campaigning for him now to try to kneecap the only remaining candidate who can beat Honest John. Edwards, Dodd, Biden, Richardson, all could have beaten him readily. To be clear, a lot of the baggage is Big Bill, who couldn't keep his Big One in his trousers, but, fairly or unfairly, Hillary is the one who has to deal with the luggage.

stinkfast/klanwalker
[Read the article: Was Obama's speech enough?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Bigots. Stick with your story. Helping that sheep over the fence, were ya? KKKWalker is particularly repellent, but a textbook case of projection. Kuntfederate. My great grandfather was a LT. General in the Union Army. You know: the United States. 50 of them. they all count, just not to billary. Now, she's trying to buy Michigan. A female spitzer.

nice "disclosure" billary
[Read the article: Was Obama's speech enough?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]in her "co-president" daily log: 1400 redactions, so we know there was a meeting, just not with whom or what the meeting was concerning. Also, billary had nothing to do with peace in Northern Ireland or the children's legislation she perpetually takes credit for. Hillary Cheney. Nice disclosure. Show what her presidency would be like: Kremlin.

billary/maclame
[Read the article: Clinton's nondenial on Obama pastor]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]the real dream ticket: billary/mclame. they both are scared white of Obama, and are teaming up to try to stop him. Might slow him down a week or two, but the tide is turning. Finally. Get your snorkels ready, bigots.

[Read the article: Penn memo claims "shift to Hillary"]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]As usual, all Billary and the boys have in their arsenal is sniping- you know, sniping, like Hill faced in Bosnia, with a field full of schoolkids. Lies and more lies. More like the bush/cheney operation every day.

KKKate
[Read the article: Was Obama's speech enough?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Wow. Dem darkies done let de lebbies get weak 'cause they was doin' the cakewalk fo' de tourists instead 'a workin' them shovels like dey's supposed ta. For textbook closet racism, just read Kate. It is EXACTLY the argument that was made when blacks started into the political process during reconstruction. Some blacks are incompetent, so don't elect them. The next step, of course, is not to let them vote. Same mindless mindset 130 years later. You don't have to wear a hood or unleash police dogs on demonstrators to be a racist. You have to believe that black people deserve what they get, including a Category 5 hurricane. Kate puts the big in bigot, and she's a long way from alone. And she doesn't think she's a racist, I guarantee. That's the most dangerous aspect; the David Dukes are easy to spot. It's the Bob Barrs and the Trent Lotts that slither under the radar. Ask McLame about the Vietnamese. You can watch him try to suppress the word gook the same way Peter Sellers had to suppress his seig heil salute in Dr. Strangelove.

phrro (sp?)
[Read the article: Was Obama's speech enough?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]It's hard to argue that strong families and self discipline don't help anyone who has those advantages. Behind that argument is often the Calvinist notion that you'd do better if you were a better person; e.g., God bestows grace on those that deserve it, and withholds it from those who don't. We seem to have a lot of undeserving blacks. "Maybe" they have a harder time? Double the unemployment rate of whites. Thirty or forty percent lower wages if they do have a job. Maybe? Of course the military is egalitarian. That's to their credit, but when I did my four years the common denominator was that all enlisted men got treated like crap. You are correct, sir, that family structure underpins our society, and the extent to which that unit fails is reflected in the failure of society as a whole. A fifty percent divorce rate (including Honest John McLame) doesn't speak well about white folk either.

[Read the article: Hillary Clinton's long strange journey on Iraq]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Amen. My journey into the Obama camp was engendered, no pun intended, by the withdrawal of Edwards, my first choice. Hillary was about fourth on the list, but in a very strong field. The speech Tuesday made me think I perhaps had chosen the wrong man, uh, person, to begin with. Hillary's tortured logic on Iraq, along with her foundationless claims about Bosnia, Ireland, and children's legislation, does not pass the smell test. to those who decry Obama's voting record: every vote about funding for the troops was tied to other legislation, or was watered down in committee, or had no chance- none- of getting a veto override. Sixty votes? We're lucky to get to 54 or 55. It's not Obama's fault. The nit picking bigots are out in farce. Great post, Jane. tom

Offensive? Sure Is.
[Read the article: Clinton camp goes on offense against Obama]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Richardson's endorsement far outweighs Billary's lies. And if Dogstyle11 or whatever its name is is a typical white male, he must come from an Alabama trailer park. I've lived in five states and no one I've ever known was as ignorant as the dog. A neutered dog chasing traffic. Bye, billary. the numbers don't lie, but you do.

johnny walker white
[Read the article: Hillary Clinton's long strange journey on Iraq]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]billary seems to have the bigot vote sewn up. go, go, johnny go, go, johnny be dumb. Nice selective citation of polls. a representative sampling shows Obama ahead of both billary and mclame, although not as far ahead as he was before billary and the boys went on their sewage sink smear campaign. The result? Governor Richardson comes out forcefully for Obama. Edwards will follow shortly. She's done.

Dummy Dogstyle
[Read the article: Clinton camp goes on offense against Obama]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]a link to at least ten polls was posted here not long ago- I don't know if Gallup was among them, but Gallup is no more or less reliable than many of the others- just older. I didn't memorize the numbers, just the trends. Obama was up on Billary a couple points on McLame, and a bit more on Billary- but most were within the Marge Inavera, who's on loan from Cartalk. The polls were taken before Obama's speech on Tuesday, and obviously before governor Richardson bitch slapped billary earlier today. boo hoo.
