  • Feminist Red Herring

[Read the article: Debating Clinton's datability]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Ironically, if Hillary hadn't been married to Bill, she'd be a very successful attorney of whom none of us would have heard. She's even more of an equivocator and waffler than her husband, and isn't nearly as smart. Her sexuality, indeed her sex, is completely irrelevant. Based on her debate answers, or, rather, sound bites, I'd place her behind Edwards, Obama, Richardson, Biden, and Wolf Blitzer. The only relevant fact about her sex life has to do with her constantly being in bed with lobbyists.Boo hoo, the boys are ganging up on me. Sod off, Billary.

  • Edwards/Obama

[Read the article: Who is the most "electable" Democrat?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

This poll information corroborates why I support Edwards rather than Obama. I think Obama is a fine man, and would eventually make a fine president. I look forward to 16 years of sane, progressive leadership in the White House. The surest way to make that happen is to nominate John Edwards, with Barack Obama as his Vice President. Would that be sweet, or what? I think they'd be so unbeatable that even the Diebolds and the fascisti wouldn't be able to steal yet another election. You can bet they'll try; it's worked twice.

You're absolutely correct, but we have yet to perfect the time machine. Thus, as we stand, the robbery and thuggery that was the 2000 election, and that has ensued from that election, cannot be undone by anything but reassertion of the fundamental principles of this country, starting with the Bill of Rights. It's simply my opinion that Edwards/Obama is the straightest lines between the point where we are and the point where we desperately need to be.

  • Spreading What?

[Read the article: The Decider? He's really more like the Magi]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

The Magi, as I recall, bore gold, frankincense, and myrh. Widdle Georgie spreads death, lies, and manure. I fail to see the parallel.

  • The Klintons do Rove

[Read the article: The Clinton-Obama contest gets rougher]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

billary and bill are running a republikan style campaign. It differs not at all from what Rover and Georgie did to McCain in S. Carolina in 2000. She alone is capable of losing this election, and, as McCain gains strength, the plausibility of that loss grows. Billary alone can ignite the wacko cracker base of the republikans and get that solid 30% base out, guaranteed. Independents will go to McCain, if he's nominated. It is entirely possible that the circular firing squad that is the Democratic Party can come up with another way to lose an election they cannot lose. Nominate Clinton and we're well on our way to at least another four years of a fascist white house.

  • Sic Transit Gloria Steinhammmmm

[Read the article: The race vs. gender war]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

A rich spoiled debutante is supposed to tell us about oppression. Tell us, Gloria, about the fabulous record of women who HAVE been world leader: Maggie the hatchet Thacher; Indira Ghandi; Ms Meier of peace loving state of Israel. Every one of them was a warmonger. Overcompensation, anyone? Ms. Clinton is bright and qualified, but she wouldn't be on the screen at all if her name were not clinton. Explain that away, Gloria.

  • Drop dead fred

[Read the article: Do they have transcripts of "Law & Order," too?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Hey, he really is like Bush n' raygun. They were blatant liars who kept lying when called on it. Don't these morons know about videotape? Oh, that's right: they're morons. If the fascists could hybridize Mitt the Twit and Dead Fred they'd have the perfect republikan candidate: a mush mouthed cracker who looks like a botoxed tee vee anchorthingy. What a pack of jackals. I watched some excerpts from the South Carolina "dumb-bate" and it was a race to the bottom of the septic tank. This is the worst group of candidates in living memory, and I remember every face since Ike won in '52.

  • Media Declares Bitch v Brother

[Read the article: The knives come out in South Carolina]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

What a crock. Edwards was the only sane person up there. Billary was a director at Mall Wart for SIX YEARS. It was no aberration. She was, and is, a corporate hooker. If her name weren't Clinton, we'd have never heard of her. Edwards is adult, in stark contrast to the jr. high exchances of the two annointed by the media. Disgusting. Hope you like the sound of President McCain, because that's where we're headed. Again.

  • Billary's Record

[Read the article: The knives come out in South Carolina]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

She's a smart lady married to an even smarter man. She made most of her money and got most of her experience either second hand, being married to Bill, or, first hand, as a corporate lawyer (Rose Law) and a Mall Wart director (six years worth). Her mantra of 35 years of change and ready from day one is nauseating. It's not a male/female issue. It's a true/false issue. Her record is as phony as her smile. McCain will beat her like a rented mule.

What in Allah's name are you smoking? The American public will elect a Muslim? That's the most delusional post I've seen in a loooooong time, and that's going some. Fair or not, almost every American voter has some valid apprehension about our relationship with the Muslim world. Granted, a lot of this is due to the horrendous botch job done by Bushit and Corp. It will be enough of a stretch to get the somnambulant Murkan public to elect a black or a woman. I'd say "get real", but it's obviously too late for that.

My representatives in the state legislature, the congress and the senate are all women, and I voted for every single one. A candidate's religion is only relevant as it informs policy. You're bass-ackwards, as always, but you're right about one thing: I will never vote for a republikan. ever. Actually, Obama is my second choice, and I admire him. I think Edwards would make a better candidate and a better president, but the media has latched on to the novelty act: the shrew and a the darkie go one on one. Hillary has talent, brains, and no ethics. Otherwise, she would have dumped Bill several bimbos ago.
