Other than obviously banning all abortions and contraceptives, how will they enforce the law protecting all of the FertilizedEggPersons?
Given that a significant portion of fertilized eggs are spontaneously dispelled prior to implantation, are they going to set up some mechanism for all sexually active, fertile women to collect and report all discharges from her hoohah?
