Ethnic Cleansing

The Katrina aftermath is nothing short of ethnic cleansing. Bush wasn't lying when he said "New Orleans will be a far greater city than it was before". It's just that his idea of greatness is different from mine.

Similarly, Bush was not lying when he declared "MISSION ACCOMPLISHED" in Iraq. The Texaudi Mafia's sole objective was to disrupt oil supplies and drive oil prices over $60/bbl. Understand this, and EVERYTHING that has happened in Iraq makes perfect sense. Why are the borders still unsecured? Why were huge weapons caches left unguarded? Why was the largest pipeline intersection left wide open to attack? Why did Gen Betrayus divert 191,000 weapons to Sunni insurgents and Shia militia? Why is the Texaudi Mafia (via Blackwater) supplying weapons to the PKK? Why do we have fewer than half the troop levels required to secure the country? All is going EXACTLY AS PLANNED.

It's NOT incompetence or lying: It *is* treason.

Now that there is some indication that Iraq oil production could return to pre-occupation levels, Iran is the next target for "pre-emptive market adjustments".

Great - Now we have two welfare states on the GOP Ticket

Alaska and Arizona are both welfare states. For every dollar they pay in federal taxes, they receive $1.84 and $1.19 respectively in federal spending.

Illinois and Delaware are both contributor states. For every dollar they pay in federal taxes, they receive only $0.77 and $0.75 in return.

The Queen of all Welfare Queens

Palin's sole accomplishment as Governor has been to increase taxes on the oil industry by 11% resulting in a 16.5% decline in oil production but triping the oil-revenue derived welfare payment to every resident of Alaska to $2884 in 2007. She passed the states highest budget in history - when Alaska already had BY FAR the highest level of per capita state spending AND the highest level of per capita federal spending in the country. Combined state/federal spending in Alaska is a staggering $27,000 per person! How could anyone consider this Queen of all Welfare Queens to be a conservative?????

Saturday, August 30, 2008 02:41 PM

Why the Welfare Queen?

There are soooo many qualified Republican women to chose from - Elizabeth Dole, Christine Todd-Whitman and even Condi Rice to name just three - why this bimbo welfare queen?

Saturday, August 30, 2008 02:45 PM

Forget a tax on paltry oil industry profits

Let's follow Palin's example and levy a 25% tax on oil industry revenues. I want my $2884 welfare check NOW!

Let's say it's a draw on experience....

What about education? Graduating magna cum laude from the Harvard School of Law and six year as a constitutional law professor at the (ultra conservative) University of Chicago - or graduating without honors from the Univ of Idaho with a degree in journalism.

Who is better prepared to uphold and protect the US Consitution?

Let's stick to the issues

Palin jacked up taxes on Alaskan oil production resulting in a 16.5% decline in production and higher gasoline prices for all working Americans (but a triping of the annual welfare check to all Alaskan residents to $2884 per person.) She also raised the budget of her own bureaucracy by 22%, but cut funding for law enforcement, education and health care. Sordid family life asisde, Sarah Palin is UNFIT TO SERVE.

Original article: Abstinence-only educators

An easy CHOICE for Bristol

Just as it was an easy CHOICE for Sarah to keep her baby with downs syndrome, it's easy for Bristol to choose to keep her little bastard child. They both have state-paid health insurance for life and the babies will net them each an additional $2884 in their Alaskan welfare checks.

You forgot "Tax Increases and Welfare"

Palin jacked up already oppressive taxes on Alaskan oil production to 25%. While this tripled the per resident annual welfare check to $2884, it also resulting in a 16.5% decline in oil production and higher prices for all WORKING Americans.

and Natural Gas Exports

She also threw $500 million in support for a natural gas pipeline to Canada. Not one cubic foot of Alaskan natural gas (from US FEDERAL lands) will ever reach the USA. It will be used for oil sands production, instead.

Add another $1200

"This is in addition to the annual oil dividend.

It's a little-known fact that Alaskans get paid simply for living in Alaska and drawing breath for a year.

Last year, each and every Alaskan earned $1,654 simply for being an Alaskan."

Actually, Palin added another $1200 to the welfare check in 2007.

Combined federal and state spending in Alaska was over $27,000 in 2006 (the last year for which figures are available.) Palin INCREASED the state budget to $6.1 billion in 2007.

er.....

Combined federal and state spending in Alaska was over $27,000 PER PERSON in 2006 (the last year for which figures are available.)

Chavez in a Skirt

With the proposed TransCanada pipeline, NOT ONE CUBIC FOOT of natural gas will reach the US market. It will be used for producing oil from Alberta's oil sands instead. The pipeline running from Alberta to the US is already at full capacity. Keep in mind, all of that natural gas is coming from FEDERAL lands, not state land.

The lady is a radical secessionist and anything BUT a conservative.

Focus on the Issues

Leave Palin's sordid family life out of it and focus on the issues:

She jacked up the already confiscatory taxes on Alaskan oil production leading to a 16.5% decline in production since 2005

She struck a deal under which 100% of Alaskan natural gas will be exported to Canada

As Mayor of Wasilla, she racked up $22 million in debt for a small town with only a $5 million annual budget

Leave her sordid family life out of it

Palin INCREASED TAXES on the oil industry causing a severe DECLINE IN PRODUCTION and higher gasoline prices for all working Americans

Palin struck a deal to EXPORT 100% of Alaskan natural gas to Canada

Palin tripled WELFARE PAYMENTS to all Alaskan residents to $2884 per person

THESE should be the "liberal" talking points

Chavez in a Skirt

Palin INCREASED TAXES on the oil industry and caused a SEVERE DECLINE in oil production.

Vast areas of Alaska have been opened to production since 1998. New fields should have been coming on line now, but her confiscatory tax policies caused oil companies to pull back on their investments.

PUT THE COUNTRY FIRST! LOWER TAXES ON ALASKAN OIL PRODUCTION!

Top Design was more intellectually stimulating

I flipped to Ms Chavez vapid speech during the commercials. I actually think the commercials would have been more honest.
