Love Thy Neighbor As Thyself

Since when does that not apply?

We should share our loaves and fish with the whole harmless world. The inconvenience of respecting other cultures and languages does not equate to making them vanish to protect our selfish ignorance. The evil here multiplies evil there. If we're smart enough to refrain from nuclear idiocy, we can be adept at defusing intolerance and suspicious motivations for increasing slaughter, indignity and misery.

The human family cannot sustain peacefully when ruled and schooled into viciousness.

Thank You Glenn

The conspiracy of lawlessness and arrogant secrecy must be dismantled with the full ardor of prosecutorial expertise.

The damage and enablement continue to threaten the foundations of our legal protections and undercut all pretense that our nation is as just and noble as we would like the world community to believe.

It is well long past time to put an end to these double dangers, and the dreadful motives which contrived them.

Original article: Obama's new message to Iran

The Unclenched Hand Extends Farther

We shouldn't automatically assume that governments are synonymous with the people they represent or rule. Not here. Not there.

Iran, for many reasons, should, eventually, be our friend. They got people just as smart, creative and caring as us.

Yes! Amen! Another Good Teachin For The Movement

You can't school all of the people all of the time. But, you can try.

I remember the spectacular and powerful merging of the Peace and Civil Rights movements.

And this election past year i saw people on the street whom i thought were ghosts, back in the fight. King was as a brave a hero to us as Patrick Henry, or any other legendary patriot.

We must confidently assure President Obama that he can follow the path we tread without faultering in fear of the lies and scheming alliances choking down the universality of freedom, justice and equality.

He invites it. Say it loud.

Aside From Consistent Adhering To Applicable Law And Underwriting Medical And Social Services For The Detainees, There Remains Another Judicial Quandary:

What is there to do with guys like John Yoo?

That's right! Thanks, Glenn. Lovely Law Language.

It can happen here.

Or anywhere.

We're supposed to be better than that.

A lot of empty rhetoric insists we are a shining source of justice.

President Obama must look forward to devise the path of rescue we will follow.

And his AG must solve the high crimes in every realm of misdeed recently contrived to subvert our right to rights and responsible ruling.

And, if such inquiry led to the disbarrment of some conspirator attorneys, too; how happy we would be..

Patiently Even Tempered Illumination

Confronting narrow obstinance.

Scary how low the brow of belligerence falls.

Like preaching to a robot.

Maybe the audience benefited.

Hard work, peace..

All Men Are Negated Equal By Brigand Bullies In Or

Out of government or favor.

I think GG has bravely spoken consistent logical wisdom regarding the warp of war; no matter who's against who.

It requires willful ignorance (see Bush) to pretend that more Middle East carnage cures any ill.

Naturally, given the biased coverage of nearly every issue, our community can sometimes be tricked, and our rulers and opinion shapers bribed or intimidated into compliance to some degree.

That's why we must dismantle the lying, murdering, incorporating evils which continue such actions, and their insane, genocidal influence.

With some better vision, Obama might evolve away from playing Captain Ahab to Bin Laden's Moby Dick. All my friends from (some miserably reluctant refugees) that region cry for the dreadful waste of American resources, especially misspent, corruption enabling money, on such devastingly cruel and futile blind catastrophe.

Right now, i can't see much difference between Israel, Palestine, Russia, Georgia.

They've all got good people, and rotten leaders. Just like the USA.

I Guess They Were Right: Business Is War

The Pretend News, bogusly sourced, slantedly opinioned, product placement oriented, drives the market to conclude it must buy more death and then pauses to sell other little odds and ends like food, cars, insurance, phones, and tvs.

Isn't corporate advertising wonderful?

The news is really a secret ad!

Clever. I didn't know. I stopped watching the regular networks since i got cable. I channel surf away from ads or mute them. And i never wasted time with the big network newscasts, because i know most of it is way below the normal standard of objective/unbiased journalism.

Seldom does clarity escape preconceived agenda.

It will be morosely fascinating to see how possible it will be for the Obama team to unshackle our disfigured publicity from the delusionary vipers who own enthrone it.

Or whether they care or dare to make any attempt at it.

I've worked at newspapers. Been behind the veil. I don't really want to know the sick secret plans for the eyes of spies and lies. That's too much for me. The best path to peace and freedom is the careful solution to each issue which confronts the perilous plight of all humanity.

Impeccaccability Vs Entrenchment

The permanent government is a monster. Obama is carefully forming a coalition to save the country. It can't be done overnight. Give him time.

So he didn't rock the FISA boat vote; which was the worst day of this year. But, he got elected.

The guy is smarter than to tip his hand before he can play it.

No travesties have yet been seen from his transition. Congress, Paulson, and Bush11 have been clued in to his jobs agenda.

He's world wide popular and dead serious about corrective policy.

Though i bitterly despise where we are now, and i know there will be a thousand fights ahead, the netroots is solidly placed to keep the game more honest than ever in the last 40 years.

Hurrah for that.
