Cheney always had other Priorities

Remember that a lawsuit at the time of the initial Bush selection charged that Cheney was a resident of Texas and state's 32 electoral votes couldn't go to Bush? Also Cheney had not voted in 14 of the last 16 local and state elections in Texas including the March 14 primary. He picked himself for VP. The man never met a democratic ideal he didn't ignore when it came to him.

Cheney had Other Priorities when it came to serving in Vietnam; he could not bother to vote in Texas. He made a mad dash home from Iraq in his personal trailor airlifted by the U.S. tax-payer. Cheney's tie-breaker against the poor will be a great legacy for his tiny heart.

Vicious South Carolina Woman

The woman from South Carolina seemed to be a vain, vapid and cruel person. This is how the GOP act when they think no one is watching.

Who is she?

Sexism Hurting Clinton

Clinton suffers far more by men's disregard...let's see Edwards,Richardson,Kerry,Kennedy,Dodd,Leahy,Moore,Springsteen and those puppets at NARAL. And also Air America, MSNBC, Daily Kos.

And these are just the democrats. Obama is not a progressive candidate. Women who support Obama are signing on as second-class citizens for this century.

Count the votes. No Cheating recount.

I voted in Florida on 1/29 in the state's record setting primary for the democratic nomination. If the votes are not counted many democrats will be discouraged, demoralized and dis-enfranchised. Obama advertised on CNN; Clinton did not. She won. He's trying to win by not counting the votes. If he gets an unfair advantage by the DNC then he will be in the same position as GWBush, appointed by insiders, not elected by the people.

The NARAL Betrayal & Gender Bias by Dems

It is gender that is the main concern for voters. Obama spent so much time on the men in his life in his books and implied his grandmother was a racist in his race speech. The men who chose Obama showed that Clinton could not win without male support and few gave it. Daschle, Dodd, Kennedy, Kerry, Edwards, Richardson, Springsteen,Michael Moore for goodness' sake. Women aren't just insignificant in this race, they are in a corner in a buildign across the street.. And NARAL. I cannot tell you the depth of my despair when NARAL betrayed Hillary. I have new eyes wide open on gender bias among the "leadership" in the Democratic party. It is deep and shocking to me.

Rules & By Laws Committee-May 31

I watched every moment of the May 31 Rules and By-Laws Committee on C-SPAN. When I saw it was all done behind closed doors I finally realized the Democratic Party is no different than the GOP in FL 2000. Obama on FISA, his flip-flop on campaign finance and his disregard of women over 40 combined to open my eyes to the fact that the people in power in the DNC are only loyal to each other, not the people who donate and vote. Walter, you are sure toe-ing the line, but it won't work.

Women and Obama-Nader Better

My female friends and colleagues--ardent lifelong democrats all--have lost faith in the party. The DNC RBC on May 31 was a complete charade. Women have been patronized and marginalized. Obama huddled with Edwards to go after Hillary Clinton. Edwards played his contributors for fools. OBAMA SOUGHT AND GOT HIS ENDORSEMENT.

People who are for Obama can't tell me why except vague babbling about "change!" or "hope!" I keep waiting, but Obama's campaign finance flip-flop and his FISA vote convince mehe is a typical politician. A vote for Nader is in order. I have worked for democratic presidential candidates as a volunteer and contributor in every election cycle--primaries and general--since 1984. Now I feel like a chump.

Obama makes me feel like a marginalized chump.

Two Americas- Men and Women

I sent Edwards' mother a donation for the pecan pie. I grew up in the poor America and fine public schools made a difference to me. So, I supported JE in 2007 right until he quit the race.

He piled on Hillary toward the end of his run. Then he endorsed Obama.

So Obama, and his 'sweetie' line; Edwards and his lies about his love for his wife...shows us that the TWO AMERICAs are really 1) the men who will marginalize, use and make light of women and 2) the women who believe in them.

Nada mas.

Original article: The dominatrix

Castrating or Dominating?

"Apparently an assertive woman who is post menopausal must be characterized as castrating, and an assertive woman who is attractive must be sexualized and characterized as a dominatrix."

Poster AKA Smith said this so well, that I just said it again.
