A couple weeks worth of food...

...or mice under your bed. Either way, wtf does this have to do with avian flu? Wait, maybe if we wrap the food in duct tape...

The country is currently under the "leadership" of a crime family whose role model is a cross between the Sopranos and Barney Fife.

Heckuva job - senate, house, American voters.

So using "her" reasoning...

Mothers Against Drunk Driving should just shut the hell up.

Why is the vitriolic, and incredibly inane Man Coulter invited to appear on national TV? Is it akin to Howard Stern hosting members of the KKK? I think so.

And please stop with the hair flipping - good grief.

Hypocrisy is a defining characteristic of the rethuglicans...

...it is ever present in virtually everything they do and say. Blue skies to healthy forests to no child left and so on and so forth. And is it surprising that every single attack tactic they use on opponents is essentially a projection of their own failings or shortcomings?

And of course religion plays a central role for all who hope to control us.

Now it's come to this

It's like we're back in the Dark Ages

From the Middle East to the Middle West

It's a world of superstition

Now it's come to this

Wide-eyed armies of the faithful

From the Middle East to the Middle West

Pray, and pass the ammunition

So many people think that way

You gotta watch what you say

To them and them, and others too

Who don't seem to see to things the way you do

Now it's come to this

Hollow speeches of mass deception

From the Middle East to the Middle West

Like crusaders in a holy alliance

That is fucking it...

What a bunch of worthless, spineless wimps. It is time to elect some peeps to congress who will actually represent the will of the people.

I will not donate money or support any candidate who does not vote to cut funding for the war.

What we have now is one party with two right wings...

Wednesday, September 19, 2007 01:16 PM

Of course, because...

...we have 1 party with 2 right wings.

The country is lost imho.

Sieg Heil and Praise Jesus!

Donating to Moveon.org

I called my glorious Sen Feinstein and told her office that not only was I never voting for her again but that I was donating $100 to Moveon.org in ghonor of her spineless vote.

This is the same numbskull...

...who let Colbert interview him and made a complete fool of himself.

He was 1 of 2 congressman who did not introduce a single piece of legislation. The only legislation he wanted to talk about was some nonsense about mandating that the 10 commandments be put into court houses. And then he could only tell Stephen what 1 or 2 of the 10 commandments were - basically did not know what they were after pontificating about how important they are.

We have really done our country proud with it's elected officials.

Is it 1984 yet?

Thank-you for another great take down of these lying hypocrites. The hallmark of the rethuglicans is certainly their ability to project isn't it?

Keep hammering away Glenn - we are with you all the way!

Shameful and utterly arrogant

"What kind of magazine smears its targets with patently false statements and then blocks them from responding?"

The kind I will never look at again. Keep up the terrific work Glenn. Thank-you.

BOLTON: Even a stopped clocked is right twice a day.

Meaning a stopped clock is right twice more every day then the neocons and rethuglicans...

Thursday, December 13, 2007 08:02 AM

Disgusting

1 party with 2 right wings...

Wednesday, January 23, 2008 10:27 AM

One party...

...two right wings.

It really is just that simple.

Monday, February 25, 2008 07:59 AM

And the rethuglican response is (or will be)...

...this Rossmiller guy is just trying to sell books. And/or there is some small inaccuracy or mistake in his account which, of course, renders everything he says as worthless, or worse - politically motivated and therefore not to be bleieved.

It is in this way that they marginalize anyone who dares to speak out from Richard Clarke to Michael Moore to Glenn Greenwald.

The gop - masters of projection.

Wednesday, March 12, 2008 10:40 AM

It's about time...

...that you figured this stuff out Glenn.

Thursday, March 27, 2008 02:55 PM

What civil war is that?

I was under the impression that there was no civil war in the first place. And now what never really existed is over?

Praise Jesus!

"...it's important to know that the Iraqis are in the lead."

They are up 21-14 late in the 2nd quarter...

And the MSM coverage of this is...

...nowhere to be found. Not as big a news item as what Rev Wright said or the issue of real patriotism and lapel pins.

Praise Jesus and Sieg Heil!

What would the republicans...

...think about a referendum in CA passed by a majority (the Democrats) that stripped them of their right to vote. Would the courts be "activist" and subject to condemnation if they over turned that referendum?

RE: What would the republicans...

T0M SAWYER,

"...think about a referendum in CA passed by a majority (the Democrats) that stripped them of their right to vote. Would the courts be "activist" and subject to condemnation if they over turned that referendum?"

Illogical argument, Tom. This would simply be stopped at the Federal level as begin against the US Constitution as a DIRECT violation of multiple amendments. Now, no ruling has yet been made by a US Supreme Court to determine if same-sex marriage is constitutional per any amendment as yet.

Your example is CLEARLY a violation of said amendments and would be over turned with no activism require by ANYONE's standards.

-- chiefpayn

First of all I am talking about the state of CA NOT the federal government as is the case in this ruling - pay attention now.

Second of all you apparently agree that the courts would and SHOULD be willing to overturn a law passed, whether by legislature or popular referendum that violates the constitution.

So tell me again where my argument is "illogical"? And, how what you are saying is somehow different from my original point?

Wednesday, May 28, 2008 10:03 AM

Which is why...

...I never watch the news on TV, and I encourage every one to follow suit, the more their ratings fall the better. I have no problem boycotting the sponsers either, but, like the writer above, I have no idea who they are. I am going to look for that information now and let the boycott begin.

Thanks Glenn for your great work!!!
