Only four days ago, there was a huge thread on "Baby Blues" and mothers being depressed. Many of the same points were made.

This time around, I'm seeing more people who agree with the brilliant points I made on that thread: (1) that parenting is a job, and all jobs get boring some of the time, and (2) that kids don't need their parents hovering over them every second and being their pals.
Glad to see I've had an influence. : )
LW says "I know my brothers would disown him and I don't want to hurt my dad, but he is killing me." Sounds to me as if it's at least POSSIBLE that LW is a daughter.
