  • So, you want to punish the media's sexim and bias if Hillary loses the nomination...

...by actively working to get John McCain elected in November. How does that correct the problem exactly? Please explain how electing McCain will teach the media a lesson.

  • I'll have to start drinking lattes for real now

...Now that the Anonymice have been exterminated. Who's gonna angry up my blood now?

Seriously, if Hillary ekes out a tiny win in Ohio and continues her coronation jihad then I think you'll see a massive exodus of superdelegates, as well as Al Gore and John Edwards and every other Democrat besides Bill Clinton rallying behind Obama. Because at that point she becomes Ralph Nader; at that point she is actively working to get McCain into the White House.

  • Not to mention....

Those starry-eyed kooky naive idealists like Al Gore and Brent Snowcroft who said at the time that this was a terrible idea.

Howard Dean did too but as his campaign started gaining momentum thankfully people realized what a cuckoo-bird crazy man he was.

Then you have that nutcase John Edwards, who felt the same way, but admitted later that he was advised to vote against his concience for political reasons; he deeply regretted it afterward and has apologized profusely for it ever since.

    But what do they know?

  • Shades of Munchausen Syndrome

Maureen O'Donnell's WWII question gave me bad flashbacks about that line of attack used to try and destroy Al Gore in 2000; namely by taking every public utterance of his over his entire life and parsing it for contadictions; then repeated through right wing noise machines so as to create the impression that Gore was a pathological liar.

I'm sure Obama will get the Munchausen Syndrome treatment but I'm sure he'll do his best to make sure that dog don't hunt.

Also, I was overjoyed to hear about Chuck Hagel. This guy is bar none my favorite living Republican, not just because of his intense abti-war sentiments; but because he is one of the miniscule handful of Republicans that harken back to the original ideals of the party back towards Eisenhower; way before it was taken over by sociopaths. Trust me Hagel is no GOP trojan horse, the right wing despises him with the white hot passion of a thousand suns.

Oh and one quick Hagel anectdote; back during the Florida recount phase of Election 2000, Hagel was the ONLY Republican in both houses of Congress to buck the GOP Partei Line and endorse the full counting of votes in the state of Florida. I sent him an email thanking him for his courage and his chief of staff called me personally to thank me for the email. That mightily impressed me, anyways. Hagel is a good guy IMHO and I'd be very happy to see him in an Obama administration.

All this does is encourage Hopekiller Rove Clinton to continue to "burn the village in order to save it," to exponentially increase the negative attacks on Obama and his supporters, in order to carry her monomaniacal jihad to the convention even though it will be pretty much mathematically impossible for her to win enough pledged delegates to win. Of course, under the "insult 40 states strategy" we can completely ignore all of the forthcoming Obama massive landslides in MS, WY, NC, OR, WV, etc. Plus, we Obama supporters get another six weeks at least of getting shat upon with even more bile and venom! Yay!

  • Shaun, Please explain...

...How black Democrats overwelmingly supported HRC just eight months ago? Why didn't they support Obama from Day One? How does this fit in with your belief in knee-jerk, Pavlovian blacks only voting their skin color?

Delegates, smelegates. Rules, shmules. How dare that uppity Negro stand in the way of the Coronation of Queen Inevitable! The Bush/Clinton/Bush/Clinton duoarchy must be preserved at all costs...even if it means burning down the village in order to save it!

    2. Obama broke an agreement between he and Clinton not to campaign in Florida with television ads while Hillary did not.

Hmm, another rich contortion of logic by a Czarina Coronation Cultist. Obama had a national cable ad out at the time. Please explain how you can "black out" a national cable ad in any one particular state. I can't wait to hear how you spin this one.

  • See this is what we have to deal with.

The functionally retarded like ambani007 above. Isn't it ironic how Hillary Rove Clinton encourages this kind of venemous idiocy while she herself was the victim of this same brownshit nonsense not too long ago.

I think Ms. Powers should have been suspended. Despite the whining by Her Royal Majesty, she has no chance of winning outside of cheating and even that would have to be the mother of all heists. We need Ms. Powers in the Obama White House in some capacity to help PURGE every single scumbag Neocon from government, all the way to dog catcher.

Maureenodonnell, you bet on the wrong horse, yet you're still chasing windmills, thousands of miles away no less. Are you going to warn your fellow countrymen to 'ware the evil man-demon Barack Obama?

I'm sure the Hildebeast will ignore this solid Obama win under her "Insult 40 States" strategy; Mississippi too. How long will this charade go on?
