    McLame's Already Screwed

Hey, this is a guy who was porking his then mistress, now arm candy wife, while he was married to his previous wife. So, it would be no moral stretch to see him screwing the lobbyists who screw us. It's nothing new. At least it wasn't in a airport men's room. Go, John. You're a walking mumbling Viagra commercial. And being shot down doesn't make you a hero. Respect, yes. Heroics, nope. Bad luck. You go, John Boy. Just leave them sheep behind the barn alone.

Correction: McCain doesn't use Viagra. He just closes his eyes and visualizes Tehran immersed in a mushroom cloud and he is hard harder than Chinese algae for a week.

I have been posting all night on the wrong thread. Expect none of it to relate to anything here.

    Thanks and good night. (blush)

He must be at quite a crossroads right now.

It will interesting to see how Anal Polyp Man spins his conversion when he realises he has to support McInsane in order to stop Barack the Magic Negro from being elected to the most powerful position on earth.

What a fucking putz. I didn't realize whales had feet but they surely do as this specimen has his own size 20 lodged firmly in his own foaming maw.

Just more proof of 'evolution' in action, I suppose.

BTW: No offense PW, Shooter, Elephant Puke....not to disparage a 'media personality' to whom you all truly aspire (guffaw).

I could not help noticing the sheer volume of trollmail on this particular thread. The trolls are afraid, they are very afraid. In the their hearts they know McInsane will not be the next President. An overwhelming majority of Americans are anti-war and bomb bomb bomb Iran is going to make a terrific TV commercial.

    -Francesco Zappa

    FZ is never OT.

Imagine what a different country this would be if he had been elected president...-

Life long FZ fan here, beginning with 'Absolutely Free'

An interesting segment of his life story:

In early 1990, Zappa visited Czechoslovakia at the request of President Václav Havel, a lifelong fan, and was asked by Havel to serve as consultant for the government on trade, cultural matters and tourism. Zappa enthusiastically agreed and began meeting with corporate officials interested in investing in Czechoslovakia. Within a few weeks, however, the US administration put pressure on the Czech government to withdraw the appointment. Havel made Zappa an unofficial cultural attaché instead.

McCain lies about taking money from special interests and, in fact, takes more in contributions from telcos than any other senator and votes for immunity.

'And didn't those Republicans look angry as they were walking down the steps to the waiting microphones? All they needed were torches and pitchforks.'

Ironically, the flaming hissy fit is framed as a noble protest.

Thanks for the link to the New Yorker 24 piece. Not to be overlooked, TV (and cinema) is still the most persuasive medium.

The Pentagon is keenly interested in TV and movies to promote their goodies.

"There is an obvious interest on the part of the military services to feature their latest hardware, regardless of manufacturer," Strub said. "When we approve military assistance—access to a base, access to an aircraft carrier—then we appoint a project manager who's on the set day in and day out."

  • Competing Ad concept

[Read the article: GOP politics in a nutshell]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

A few have outlined ideas for ads here on today's post.

If I may indulge thought or two...

It might be effective to directly parody the GOP ad. Mock it frame for frame. SNL style.

Another point. I think it would be foolish not take advantage of Bush's documented criminal activity. It would fair and honest to plainly say that he ordered Federal crimes committed in mass wiretapping of American's without warrants, contrary to the US Constitution. There is tape available of Bush telling Americans, (paraphrasing) 'We listen in on your phone conversations, we're gonna git a warrant'.

Thats about all you need right there with some clever editing. State it plainly, the president has committed crimes against the Constitution and admitted as much. The telcos assisted him in his criminal activities on direct request from the President in exchange for financial consideration, though they have vast legal departments who knew they were breaking the law.

Bush doesn't want the telcos to testify in court.

He lied to America then. He is lying to America now.

Both parties have breached their oath to Americans. Both have much to hide. Each party is protecting the other from exposure to the truth.

With all the tape of what are proven to be Bush's lies available on the innernets, no spin or deception req'd.

Key to success is minimal wordiness. Less is more.

Hey, I am not an ad copy writer, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.

I don't have the chops but, someone on this board must have a kid who is a whiz at digital editing to whip up an ad or three and post it on Youtube.
