I don't know if the prison situation in New York is as dire and out of control as the system in California. If it is, then I think Obama needs to think twice about accepting any money from the prison guards union in New York.

And he'd better make sure he doesn't take ANY MONEY from the guards union in California.

We're having outbreaks of ethnic cleansing now in Los Angeles. When there's trouble between the black and Latino gangs, now the gangs go out and shoot at bystanders of the same race as their opposing gang. And they're trying to make their own neighborhoods ethnically pure by driving out people of the wrong race.

You'd think the solution to this problem involves putting these odious individuals in prison, right?

The problem is, this kind of behavior is what the prison system happens to be teaching prisoners right now.

California state prison guards use racial segregation reinforced by gang descipline as part of their inmate management policy.

These ethnic cleansers in LA are just applying what they've learned in prison.

Any Democrat who is offered money from prison guards would be wise to look into the racial policies at the prisons in question before accepting that money.

It never fails. Whenever I'm cooking a big meal, involving lots of courses all cooked by me, my husband offers to help. I ask him to get something from the fridge -- and he notices some thing, some object, that takes precendence because it needs to be removed from the fridge.

So he starts trying to clean the fridge while I'm in the middle of cooking a big meal all by myself.

And he has real trouble understanding that this behavior is not at all helpful to the cook.

I'm not being smug about this. I want to understand this behavior. Why is this happening?

He doesn't have OCD. He never tries to clean the fridge when I'm NOT cooking.

The only way I can prevent his from happening is to refuse any help he offers while I'm cooking.

I want to know why this exact same behavior happens over and over and over and over again.

He and I both have Asperger's. Maybe that's part of it. Maybe that's why he has such trouble understanding how NOT to help in a kitchen while a big meal is being prepared.

Also, he didn't have to work at all while he was in college. But I had to wait tables through my whole undergraduate education. Maybe that's why I know how to behave in a kitchen and he doesn't.

I definitely would have been fired very quickly if I'd tried to clean out the cook's refrigerator during the dinner rush.

Look, we've got ethnic cleansing in LA. This is where the War on Drugs has led us. Racially segregated prisons and ethnic cleansing in LA.

Just because you can tolerate all the plant estrogens that come along with plant protein doesn't mean that I can tolerate that kind of diet.

I have an estrogen-sensitive autoimmune illness that almost killed me until I figured out that plant and chemical estrogens were the triggers.

Now I stay healthy by taking an immune suppressant that only works when I avoid plant estrogens, and the chemical ones in makeup and nail polish.

If I eat soy, or too many nuts, or bread with flax, or take a bath with lavender bath salts -- my medicine stops working and I get very sick very quickly.

It's interesting that my particular illness was extremely rare 20 years ago but now an increasing number of women are suffering from it.

I believe that my illness has exploded onto the medical landscape in the last decade because so many women have been convinced that overloading their bodies with plant estrogen is a good thing.
