The root issue is not whether to support Israel, but how to deal with radical fundamentalist ZIONISM (RFZ).

Does anyone believe that RFZ would diminish if the Palestinians dispersed and left Palestine to the Zionists? RFZ is dangerous to the entire world, including moderate Jews. It is a cancer in all aspects of the analogy, including its "cure". "What possible interest" ... does a person have in the lump in ones breast? We ignore Arab's plight and RFZ at our peril.

Polls, which compile Americans’ positions on Israel/Gaza, simply measure the extent to which many Americans are uninformed and sick of hearing about the issue. Do Americans who, by remaining ignorant, tacitly support the Zionists, AIPAC, or other RFZ groups understand Talmudic law, especially as interpreted by the RFZ?

Every RFZ household breeds hate for non-Jews, perhaps even for moderate Christians. Absent Palestinians, do we believe that such indoctrination would cease? There will always be a rationalization for violence for the RFZ.

America has been dominiated for 50 years by RFZ. If the rest of the world understood the danger of this, we could eliminate this pox on humanity. On the other hand, perhaps America should give RFZ a free rein and allow the world to enjoy the consequences. The question condenses to, "how far do we let the cancer spread before we excise it?"
