But maybe that stock of paper is deliberately misaligned as an artistic or "security" feature. I doubt that.

Since the text is aligned properly at a right angle to the paper it is not possible that the laser printer had misaligned the paper and the misalignment of the background pattern either came from the manufacturer (unlikely) or whoever generated the document. The template also has this issue which raises the question of the authenticity of the template which is on the web. A less than right angle suggests the use of a scanner. This would make sense if the template was the product of a scan for the background and a e-doc print out over it and this just makes things difficult. It is as if red herrings were part of the project. Maybe it is supposed to look like a forgery all along?

It is obvious that all this will be ignored and covered up so I don't expect that the paper, or it's manufacturer will be considered any of our business.

I am not bothering with it though since it is obvious at this point that Obama is determined to conceal this from the American Public. Evidently he considers this is a major threat to his presidency.

I have worked for defense contractors and government agencies that required a security clearance and I assure you that there were plenty of people working there who not only were born overseas but had strange accents, ate foreign foods and some did not speak english very well (neither did a lot of the native born americans).

Have you ever worked for a government agency or defense contractor where you were required to have a security clearance? I have. There are plenty of people born in foreign countries with security clearances.

Same with passports or do you believe that people who immigrate are not allowed to get a passport to go back home a visit family. There are a dozen people just like that in my work group now - ALL FOREIGN BORN and ALL WITH US PASSPORTS.
