Heroes - Black Ops stupidity.

The "Eclipse" is a metaphor for the Black Ops Program and in the context of the show is a pretty stupid. The eclipse, aside from awe and wonder, imparts nothing as it simply blocks the sun's light and being on a narrow shadow cast across a small strip of the world it would require that all of the characters be present and aligned with that narrow strip for anything to occur by diminishing the sun's light for a couple of minutes.

The real black ops program this show addresses took people, drugged them, hypnotized them and convinced tehm they could do things that were impossible or implausible and of the few who this worked on, fewer still didn't crash or go whack. NOw they are supposed to watch the program to have their "powers" removed by the return of the "Eclipse" after being shown that you really don't want those powers, just look at these fools on Heroes.

Their cheap Jedi Mind Trick do not work on me. I shall decline the offer of NLP and whatever safety kill switch memes that may have been built into the programming tool set which may be included in this "Important" episode.

Turning good evil and evil good is about as sophisticated as thise charlatans at General Electric get. Or is it "Massive Dynamic"? How many Black Ops based television programs are there?

The magick? Enhancing mind plasticity and the basic mimicry circuits with the appropriate NLP guidelines after being doesd by the drug. They spent billions on these programs and were too stupid to take advantage of the goldmine of talents they created. What they gave us is one thing, but what they gave up is a lot more significant. They played us, but the guinea pigs have surpassed their players.

Sylar's eyebrows are there for a reason. It's personal.

Neil and Janet.

The "Intersect" is working just fine. Thanks!

Don't send anyone you don't want to be "sent to the cornfield."

My dear LondonLad,

Sadly, I agree, and Obama is a native born Hawaiian. The word processor was just having a bad day when it printed that out and like 911, it is impolite to to tell the emperor that he has no clothes on especially when everyone is raving about his stylish and fashionable threads.

My dear John from Taos,

How is the Kool-Aid?

It must be the Prozac!

If progressives are not panicking, it must be because they are heavily medicated.

Invest in big pHARMa, the next four years will be a boom.

My dear LondonLad,

Americans are not merely ignorant, they genuinely are stupid and don't give a crap. It really isn't politeness from those who are not stupid, it is the realization that not being stupid and daring to speak the truth will just trigger an unpleasant, counterproductive and often dangerous response.

Speaking the truth just makes you a target and an object of ridicule from trolls and the lumpen proles who believe everything they see on TV.

Even here at Salon they censor and ban inconvenient posts and posters.

Yes, it has to be changed from the outside, because there is no inside left.

I like Putin better than China.

Got any suggestions?

China and Israel seem to be pulling our strings now with these appointments - more Walmart and War.

No kidding?

How about that!

Amos 'n Andy

When I saw that sign, I immediately thought of the Kingfish.

That show wasn't canceled because of racism, it was cancelled because it made fun of the Kingfish.

Lawyers and con artists were offended.

"Office of the President Elect" - clownish, pathetic and fraudulent.

But you would buy it for a dollar!

My dear kgirl,

Regardless of where he was born, the document offered up as evidence has misaligned text on two lines which is indicates photoshopping not word processing. Factcheck posted better pictures which still confirm the misalignment. People use laser printers, word processors and desktop publishing software PRECISELY because the text is ALWAYS aligned perfectly.

OAHU is one pixel higher than the first HONOLULU and the second HONOLULU is one pixel lower than the first one. In the higher resolution pictures it is two pixels instead of one.

Salon has a habit of deleting posts like this.

Not only is the document a forgery, but it is a bad and amateurish forgery at that.

If he comes up with a better forgery that will simply mean that a professional forger has solved his problem.

My dear Greywolf1014,

I do not care where he was borm.

I do care that a forged document was offered as evidence to answer a legitimate question.

I do care that the mainstream media will not investigate or report on issues contrary to the national party line and the interests of their corporate owners - like Rather and the Bush service documents, WMD, Bush's involvement in the drug industry, corruption in the finance, energy, defense and health industries.

To the true believers,

"Office of the President Elect" - is that a real "Office" or is it a fraud laid on in Photoshop and printed out real nice and stuck on a podium to convey an image rather than a fact?

Cheap shot?

"Office of the President Elect" - that is pretty cheap.

Non sequitur

As the twin towers fell, I was grateful for Cheeze Whiz.

You too?

Thursday, November 27, 2008 02:49 PM

Yo! Obamaman!

Al Ciada in India?

Let's invade or incur!

Bin Laden must be behind it!

BOO!

My dear Klytus,

You can demonstrate a non sequitur to a monkey

but you cannot make the monkey understand it.
